 Rumours of Vodafone outsourcing everything bar the kitchen sink is v interesting though not that surprising. What is more of interest however is that it's IBM in the frame and nort one of the telco infrastructure vendors. Ericsson has been doing well with a Hutchison-a-month and Nokia is keen to get in on the act (they told be in Barcelona last week), along with most other NEP's.
