My son & his wife & daughter have been residents of Ga. since Jan.07.His wife stole his daughter after her 2nd b'day. She went to La. with her family on a pretense of a visit. My son contacted the FBI & police right away.He hired an att. first an got exparte. She filed for divorce after being in La.less than 2 wks;thereby breaking the La.Divorce Law.She was given a judgement in less than 2 mos. However she got legally served by Ga.Nov.29,08.Still it has been over 300 days since my son has seen his little girl. There is the Federal PKPA Act out there which local law enforcement is bound by law to enforce. However the system seems to be unbalanced.Good fathers are being alienated from their children for years at a time.My son does not do drugs or drink alcohol. He was not abusive. His wife was committing adultery & other things including conspiring with her adulterer against my son.I have a lot of evidence in print. My son continues to pay a house note & mort.ins. in both their names. He sends his daughter mo. packages. He continually pays an att. in a quest for child custody. His wife comes from a divorce family. The mother & grandma are divorcees. They have law enforcement connections in that parish. So when my son told his mother-in-law what his wife was doing she hurried up & used tactics to keep my son away from his child.

I had lost faith in the American people when they elected this democratic president and then when they allowed the rushing through the stimulus bill without reading it and just throwing money away. I thought we were doomed, at best to a socialist type of government, and even a dictatorship type of government. Here lately my faith has been restored in the American people when they stood up to the this wild government and stopped it from taking away all our rights. Thanks for renewing my faith. The fight is not over so we must not let our guard down. There are things that must be reversed, like reversing the closing of the Guantanamo prison, removing the automotive industry form government control, removing all these special commissioners that have unlimited powers and straighten the banking system. Lets keep the ball rolling while we are at it and don't even blink. Now may be a good time to start straightening our out of control government. If we keep up the good works come next election and then the next we can possibly get some good people and keep renewing them instead of letting them get over confident and thinking they can control you. If we keep the pressure we may get them to live by the same rules we live by. Don't let your guard down. Thanks!!
