I had lost faith in the American people when they elected this democratic president and then when they allowed the rushing through the stimulus bill without reading it and just throwing money away. I thought we were doomed, at best to a socialist type of government, and even a dictatorship type of government. Here lately my faith has been restored in the American people when they stood up to the this wild government and stopped it from taking away all our rights. Thanks for renewing my faith. The fight is not over so we must not let our guard down. There are things that must be reversed, like reversing the closing of the Guantanamo prison, removing the automotive industry form government control, removing all these special commissioners that have unlimited powers and straighten the banking system. Lets keep the ball rolling while we are at it and don't even blink. Now may be a good time to start straightening our out of control government. If we keep up the good works come next election and then the next we can possibly get some good people and keep renewing them instead of letting them get over confident and thinking they can control you. If we keep the pressure we may get them to live by the same rules we live by. Don't let your guard down. Thanks!!

My son & his wife & daughter have been residents of Ga. since Jan.07.His wife stole his daughter after her 2nd b'day. She went to La. with her family on a pretense of a visit. My son contacted the FBI & police right away.He hired an att. first an got exparte. She filed for divorce after being in La.less than 2 wks;thereby breaking the La.Divorce Law.She was given a judgement in less than 2 mos. However she got legally served by Ga.Nov.29,08.Still it has been over 300 days since my son has seen his little girl. There is the Federal PKPA Act out there which local law enforcement is bound by law to enforce. However the system seems to be unbalanced.Good fathers are being alienated from their children for years at a time.My son does not do drugs or drink alcohol. He was not abusive. His wife was committing adultery & other things including conspiring with her adulterer against my son.I have a lot of evidence in print. My son continues to pay a house note & mort.ins. in both their names. He sends his daughter mo. packages. He continually pays an att. in a quest for child custody. His wife comes from a divorce family. The mother & grandma are divorcees. They have law enforcement connections in that parish. So when my son told his mother-in-law what his wife was doing she hurried up & used tactics to keep my son away from his child.

Join the Maxwell Football Club-Louisiana Chapter, as they travel to the 73rd Annual Maxwell Football Club Awards Banquet on March 5, 2010 at Harrah's Casino, Atlantic City, NJ where New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees will be presented with the Bert Bell Professional Player of the Year Award and Coach Sean Payton will be presented with the Greasy Neale, Professional Coach of the Year Award. Other honored guests in attendance from the Saints include: Tom Benson, Rita Benson-Leblanc, and Jahri Evans.
Students from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Kinesiology Student organization started the membership drive for the new Maxwell Football Club-Louisiana Chapter this past fall.
We will be personally inviting Drew Brees and Coach Payton to Acadiana during a special Maxwell Football Club VIP dinner in Atlantic City, said Dr. Brian Campbell, president of the Louisiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club. The support of the local business community and fans is needed though in order for this event to be successful.
Help the Louisiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club invite Drew Brees and Coach Payton to Layfayette with the purchase of a Congratulations ad in the 73rd Annual Maxwell Football Club Awards Banquet Program. Over 800 people will be in attendance at the awards banquet this year, including members of the Louisiana Chapter and Students from UL Kinesiology Student Club and most importantly award honorees Drew Brees and Coach Sean Payton.
We want to take this opportunity to show Brees, Payton and the rest of the Saints Football Team that the Who Dat Nation is alive in Lafayette with congratulations messages and sponsor ads in the Maxwell Football Club Awards Banquet Souvenir program, said Campbell.
Media outlets from across the nation will be on hand at the Awards Press Conference and Banquet. We want the Saints to be so overwhelmed with the support from our area that they have no choice but to come down here with that Lombardi Trophy for a photo session with the good people of the area, said Campbell, who is a professor of Biomechanics at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the Department of Kinesiology.
Last fall the Louisiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club kicked off their membership drive with guest of honor Vince Mr. Invincible Papale, former Eagles football player who against all odds was invited to the Eagles training camp as a walk on and made the team. Papale played for three seasons with the Eagles. This year, the Louisiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club would like to have two time Maxwell Football Club Award winners Drew Brees, and Coach Sean Payton as our guest of honor, said Campbell. Brees won the Maxwell Award, Collegiate Football Player of the Year in 2000 and Coach Sean Payton was awarded the Greasy Neale Professional Coach of the Year Award in 2006. Against all odds, the New Orleans Saints showed the Colts and the World that they were invincible , lets continue to celebrate the Saints Superbowl Championship in Lafayette, help us invite Brees, Payton and the Saints with the purchase of your tax deductible ad in the Maxwell Football Club Award Banquet Program, said Campbell. If you knew you could take out a personal message to Drew Brees, Coach Payton, and other Saints brass knowing they would read your messages, I think most people in our community would not hesitate.
Businesses and individuals can purchase their ad online at: www.maxwellfootballclub.org or E-mail your ad to mwolpert@maxwellfootballclub.org. Please be sure to mention Layfayette or Acadiana in your messages and ads!
The Maxwell Football Club is an organization that honors excellence at all levels of football, not just once a year, but all year. Its an organization dedicated to the concept that young people are the potential of this nation. The Maxwell Football Club wants to help young people realize that potential, as leaders now, and as the future leaders of this country.
For more information about membership and upcoming fund raising event for the Louisiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club, please contact Dr. Brian J. Campbell, campbell@louisiana.edu, or call (337) 482-6461.
