Hello Neighbors,
I am a resident on Orange Grove Ave. I am known as the Softball Realtor. I mailed the entire neighborhood a copy of the "Some Like It Haute" article in the LAtimes.com. I hope you found it informative. I have a new listing on 1800 Fairfax. 3br/1.5 ba. The home is Fabulous and on a LARGE lot (over 8,000 sq. ft). It also has a studio off the garage and a loft inside the garage! If you know of anyone who would like to move to our wonderful neighborhood, please contact me. If you are thinking about selling I would love the opportunity to meet with you. I am local and will be able to speak of our neighborhood first hand as I am committed to the growth of Picfair Village. Thank you-Amanda 323 496 9772 Softballrealtor.com

The LA Times recently ran a Column One story about La Maison du Pain, our new neighborhood bakery on Pico just East of Hauser:
