Wow, what a wild and crazy night. I want to personally thank and congratulate the many, many people from Jamestown and the Bar-K that turned out and participated in the First JAM Improv at the Merc last night. It was truly entertaining and FUN!!! A special JAM thanks to Jenny Wilson for putting in the time and energy to make it happen. Not only did we have a great time but a lot of new ideas have sprung up as well... keep 'em coming. If you missed the show this time, no worries... We'll do this and more again in the future.
PS: Way to go Chief!!! You never cease to amaze me.

CALLING ALL TALENTS!!!

Please come and share your talents and interests with the kids of Camp Jimtown and Jamestown School! We are now offering specialized workshops and need our gifted commUNITY members to participate!

Every week, we offer DRAMA CLUB on Tuesdays, ART CLUB on Wednesdays, and FITNESS CLUB on Thursdays, usually from 3:30-5 p.m. If you or anyone you know can come in and lead the children in any of these areas, please contact Laura @ (3o3) 545-55o2. Let us know if you can volunteer your time and expertise or what you would charge for your services, as well as how many sessions your workshop might be, what supplies are needed, etc.

Even if your talent doesn't necessarily apply to these categories, we welcome ANY new areas of learning and we can certainly adapt our schedule accordingly!

Crafters & Artists are especially needed to help us to create items to sell at the upcoming JAM Craft Fair in December. Our many commUNITY musicians, knitters, crocheters, bakers, cooks, storytellers, etc. are always welcome!

WORKSHOP DATES AVAILABLE in 2009:

November 10th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th
December 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th 17th
