Additional version 1.0b5k (without XUL) issues

Problem: Tab bar close button closes all tabs, not just the current one.
Problem: Opening multiple (5+) tabs/layers in quick succession causes the layer bar to disappear and K-Meleon to lock up. Can easily be replicated on Ars Technica forums (GESC).
