If you are interested in helping "Save these mountains", visit the Friends of Wears Valley web site at: http://fowv.org.
This beautiful area deserves all the help it can get to preserve its pristine beauty.

If you have been reading the papers, you'll know that the people who love these mountains and Wears Valley won a major battle for Cove Mountain. It shows that if we work together we can accomplish anything. Thanks for all you do!

I love the website. I'm glad the Valley has a page to promote the beauty and friendship of the area....and My "Little Man" Very informative and unique in its own quaint little way, just like the Valley itself.

Does anyone use this board? I would love to find out what the Friends organization is currently doing. What are the plans for the future?
