can you tell me if anxiety hits when you are awaken from your sleep. lately I have woken from my sleep feeling like i cant breath and I have to open a window or walk out side, and it last any where from 2 to 15 minute but this only happens at night when i sleep. I'm not struggling to breath but in my mind I feel like I'm suffocating.

Hey, this is a good place. I can't get PS to work for me anymore. Hope everyone is good. Haven't chatted in awhile. Bookworm, hope you feel better soon. This too shall pass. Hang in there. Love you all,

I'm sorry, Bookworm56, I just realized I read another post and thought it was yours. I know what you mean about reading up on your symptoms. I do that too. Try not to worry. Wish I could help you more. I know everything I read about my symptoms was always worse than what the doctors found out was actually going on with me. Hugs!!

Booky DO NOT READ CHIT ON THE INTERNET......jsut know most of this stuff will pass and most of the symptoms are harmless ...altho they are a pain in the ass

All I did was Google feeling dizzy when you bend over sometimes and what came back made me feel like I'm on the verge of death. I won't even repeat what I read in case someone out there is a hypochondriac like me. :-(

hi
i am new to this and to the dreaded plaque!! i am 48 years old and although it cannot be confirmed the doc beleives that all my symptons are down to the menopause.
i feel horrible every day,and there seems to be so many emotions and things going through my head it is like its going to explode.anyway i thought i would try going online to find women going through the same thing and see if it helps..
