Several committers are focussed on Shale with JSF right now, which is where the +0s come from. The committers already working on Action Framework seem to be looking forward to working with the WebWork
technology, which is about seven. The discussions were not in the form of a vote, so it wouldn't be appropriate to talk in terms of a tally.
