Oh, I hate it, too. And it's EVERYWHERE on Disney-fan DA accounts. Most of it isn't really using an actual screenshot, but basically tracing it off and recolouring it.
Disney characters generally are NOT easy to draw. Manga and anime art are easier to emulate, but most Disney fans don't have access to model packs and years of practise and such ;)

Bugs the crap out of me, but it's so prevalent that it's pretty much pointless to bitch about it to them. This girl's made an entire name for herself by copying pre-existing Disney art.
