The event at Southwind, is that cart path only? Last year I played there on a Monday, and they made it cart path only even though the course was totally dry. Was told that most events on Monday are cart path only so they can protect the course for their members.

I talked to several folks and no one is having any luck at getting through to the 1st tee folks for the Southwind event. Does anyone have a suggestion.

No, I tried contacting them as well, and I never heard back from them. Still don't know if this is going to be a cart path only event.

The 1st tee group did call me back - only had 2:30 tee times available for Monday and that was Tuesday of this week. It may be full by now.

Don't quote me on this, but I seem to remember staying on the cart path last year at Southwind.

When will we know format and tee times for the Farms? Sat, 8/11 is getting close. Also what about format for Paris Landing and Tennessean?

KJ Choi??? nice! The Farms is cancelled this Saturday (low registration). The format for the Paris weekend will be individual stroke play on Saturday and 2-person scramble on Sunday. I am planning to add a tournament in early October to make up for the Farms.

Whatever happened to the event that was to be held at Kirkwood? If you are going to add an event in October, have it there.
