Kingsley and I will be out on a ride Saturday. Anyone welcome to join.

6/27/09

Yuma RR Loop then TT loop. So should be around 44 miles total.

I'm guessing around 2.5 - 3 hours.

Pace I have no idea.

Leaving old food city parking lot at 8:30 (Weber City)

I will be doing 3 intervals while on the ride then recovering when done I will have an easy spin for the remaining time.

So varying pace.

That's really awesome Andy! Cycling is really getting more and more coverage each year and coming to the forefront as a sport, not just a recreational vehicle(not that there's anything wrong with that). I'm glad see people take up the reigns and get out there and make something happen. It was good to see both clubs names in the same paragraph too. Really looking forward to it.

PS: MSG CYCLO-CROSS will be coming to Kingsport too. October 3/4 at Domtar Park, Yee Haw!

Late notice Sunday 6-28-09 ride: A few of us will be heading out of Yuma around 2:00 and we will do the ride Mike, Kingsley, and crew did below [1 lap of the road race and then the TT].

Pace: Dunno...but I plan to at least ride the TT section hard. But sometimes rides don't go as planned!

That's 1:00.

Going to skip the PR Tuesday night. Going to go up to Yuma and ride the TOP Creek RR course. If any one wants a ride I have room for one person in the truck and plenty of room for bikes in the back. I'll resume the PR next Tuesday hope you don't miss me to bad. roadclub at gmail dot com.
