RE: Saturday's ride.

Just wanted to convey that I had a blast on the ride to Damascus. Since I spend most of my time racing, training for racing or recovering from, I forgot how much fun these rides are. I hope to make more of them.
I was gonna cry fowl about it being a ride to train for cross but the section of Creeper trail and Dwayne's trip through the field at the end satisfied the requirements for cross training :)

Jason,

That's a tough break (no pun intended), Hope you heal quickly.

Just wanting to post a special thanks to Alan and Everett (and anyone else) who helped me un-pretzel myself from my bike when I did that horrendous face-plant-endo in the church parking lot...

Unbelievable!!!

Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, thoughts and prayers.I truely appreciate every one of them. You guys are the best.I already miss riding with you all.I got on a trainer yesterday and did some light spinning and it wasnt bad at all.May try a short ride on the bike today or tomorrow. The hardest part is getting on a bike but once I'm on I'm as comfortable as anywhere and the doctors said me as mobil as posible with it without walking on it so letting it rotate on pedals seems like the best choice for me.It will be awhile befor I'm back up to normal speed but riding slow sure beats not riding at all.
