Hello!
Your regular dentist may give you a better advice than us regartding braces. Braces are a lot more effective in youngsters and not do much for you at 32, but kindly consult your dentist also.

May we ask the angle of left penis deviation? May we know your age too? A 5-10% angle shouldn't pose a sexual problem/disfunction and may correct with age [unless you are an adult]. More than that angulation/deviation would need you to consult a urologist/andrologist for possible correction. Hope this helps - Regards

my problem is that my penis is very much inclined or rather say that instead of erecting straight , it points very much to left. i am facing very tough time during mastrubation because of this.
