Thanks to Glen R., we now have a mini-strobe light-- great for training under adverse light conditions (and perfect for disco night)!

Last night was a very challenging, tiring and difficult Level 4/5. True grace under pressure from Frank and TJ. I wish all of KMLI was present to see the perfect combination of high-level skill under, maximum control with maximum aggresson. Very inspiring to say the least.

Great green belt workshop today! The workshops are well worth the time as a review or as preparation for an upcoming test. There is yellow belt workshop tomorrow night @ 7:00.
