I am enjoying teaching these Level 2 classes!-- Last night's crew did a FANTASTIC job in a "sturdy" class. Way to go, guys! (Also, hats off to the Sparring Class guys last night!)

Hey Mike, I really miss your classes and I'm only on Day 3 of my Krav "break"! Feel like I've been out for 3 years instead of 3 days! Glad everyone is training hard! I miss the mats and my training partners! Can't wait to return next week!!!

Perfectly acceptable if you're blocking them against the person's thigh.

as usual a fantastic level 4 class. this is where all the basics from levels 1,2 and 3 come together for the groundwork, knife defenses and stick defenses we did . thanks to my fight class attendes for coming out in the rain and sustaining a nice level of intensity thru the whole class .

A big congratulations to Michele as she takes the role of mother-of-the-bride at her neices wedding. If you've ever seen Michele in her high heels (off the mats) she is quite stunning. Again, best wishes to you, Michele and may you look as stunning as ever. We can't wait to see you back at Krav.
