really good purpose.  We the users can police this Offshore
auction ourselves.  By communicating on this board, a scamster may
still take us to the cleaners, ever now and then, but not for
long.  We will be able to get his or her number and report to each
other when we find a crook in our group.  We need to know, who and
what is good and who and what is not.  This is going to be the
forum we use to tell each other which of us has the good deals and
which of us do not.  If someone is falsely accused, they will have
this forum to vindicate themselves.    We encourage you to
