A quick "thanks" to all the participants in the tour to DC. All of you were wonderful "ambassadors" for music and the CW Post Music Department. You sang and played well, and acted like the mature adults that we (the faculty) all knew you were. My personal congratulations to you all. Enjoy the summer! Graduates: we'll miss you!

I heard your performance in the Crypt of the Basilica and was enthralled. thank you all for such a wonderful gift. May I ask: do the hymns hold only musical/aesthetic value for you all, or are some of you also deeply moved by the underlying religious/Catholic values that originally inspired them? Please do come to DC again soon. I look forward to it! Paraic 99maher@cua.edu Kerry, Ireland (doctoral candidate, CUA) ps:sorry I missed you at H2O
