I woke early - 5am early! And decided to doodle a few words. It always makes one feel better if there's evidence that mind or body can function - albeit, debateably so. It was a fine morning, until the tide was driven in by mist and rain. White horses? They were rearing to meet the black clouds and morphing into grey oblivion!
====== A little more from The Big Bad Bunny =======
Once more, he had evaded capture by mere nanoseconds! Lying breathless and unseen, he gazed up, as though hypnotised, watching the sapphire spangled azure fight a losing battle against ink-filled storm clouds - the bruising soon apparent. Somehow, the scene reminded him of Edwin Morgan's Little Blue Blue in a rage. He almost laughed aloud, as his palpitating heart soothed to the melodic beat of feet on the street, as the furious little angel screeched out his electric blues to falling stars. Along with the rain, he suddenly felt the glancing blow of a forgotten past - Scottish summers with blustery breezes turning pages of books unasked - and a dose of nostalgia flooded his veins. Perhaps that is where he should be? Fleeing northwards in search of his answers.

Eddie, In response to your recent message regarding Scottish water and the long-standing fluoride debate, I have taken it upon myself to email the First Minister, Jack McConnell, asking what the 'other' plans are and if they involve Fluoride. I have copied you in on the email, so check your mailbox. Hope this helps, Susan http://www.scottishwriters.co.uk

From an earlier article in http://www.paranoidtimes.co.uk >Fluoride may be introduced into school milk. The Scottish Office is funding the project researching the precise dosage that benefits kids' teeth. This is being done AFTER a 2-year experiment took place in Knightswood, Glasgow back in the seventies! A Glasgow University professor insists fluoride is safe despite all the controversy. They now suggest that Fluoride not only prevents tooth decay in children, it even REPAIRS the affected teeth< This is too much! Their tests are null and void, their ideas unsound and their statements inaccurate. Tests were done on real teeth fixed on to dental plates. Duh! That's conclusive evidence that the human beings attached weren't affected in the long term. Anyone who was part of these tests during the seventies please get in contact - mailto:eddie@eddieelwood.co.uk Only then can we debate this issue fairly. In November 2004, Jack McConnell declared that, despite having the backing of the World Health Organisation, they WOULD NOT put Fluoride into Scottish water but they WOULD bring forward "other plans" with regards to dental related issues with Scottish children. Does anyone know if his planned intentions include the school milk scandal? Replies - mailto:eddie@eddieelwood.co.uk please! http://www.eddieelwood.co.uk

Raspberry essence, stick it up yah bum!! - Look at the mess o'ma hair...Look what false advertising has done! Am I crazy or is it true, things should do what they say they'll do. UNTITLED
This morning dawned so crisp and bright, Yet still the wind blew, out of spite, The rain did fall upon my head, I wished that I'd stayed home in bed.
At work the hours passed oh, so slow, Before the clock said, 'time to go', I slog my guts out every day, But manual work just doesn't pay.
The week has passed and playtime's here, And all I do is drink more beer, What happened to my former life? It must have left me, wae the wife!
The kids she took and moved away, I'll maybe see them Saturday, I sit alone and wonder why, My life has surely passed me by.
And then my mind begins to stray, A writer, I could be one day, It's not too late to start anew, So that's exactly what I'll do.
A smile has spread across my face, My heart is beating with such pace, When I hit 'send' then this will go, To all the readers of 'Now You Know'.

AGORAPHOBIA
Hiding in the darkness, In the safety of night, Hiding from reality, By keeping out of sight.
Hiding from the truth, If the truth be told, Hiding from the future, Lest the tale unfold.
Hiding from tomorrows, Behind the lie they stay, Hiding from the life, That one must lead today.
Hiding from the past, Trying hard to forget, Hiding from a happiness, That turned into regret.
Hiding from the changes, One never did expect, Hiding lest you see, The love they did reject.
Hiding from the thoughts, Of running far away, Hiding from the absence, Of words to make you stay.
Hiding in behind a mask, Lest someone comprehends, Hiding all the reasons, From even closest friends.

Having incorporated Health and our 'Alternative Health' section into 'Now You Know' (get a free copy from http://www.scottishmultimedia.co.uk/FREE.htm )and the drugs, therapies and psychology-related elements of Paranoid Times, we felt it only natural to include a section here for health writers. Whether it's personal experiences or your views on prescription medicines, feel free to discuss it here. Previous discussions have included anti-depressants, post-natal depression, the 'legalise cannabis' debate and alternative / complimentary health issues. You can even link through to our stress adviser, NYK writer 'Rosemary', by visiting http://www.theworldofhealth.co.uk
