Presumably what you referring to is this message posted some time ago - "Hi i used to live with my family at 44 berengrave lane. I am just wondering if that house is still there? Also i know many bad things happend there (prior to us living there and during our lives there) so i'm wondering if that fate carried on or if someone now happily lives there". I am unaware of any sinister history to the house that I went past today and which looked like all the others there, with a very pretty robinia tree in the garden behind it. Hopefully any bad spell has been broken.
