We've had the "ethics in the office" debate before. Some people are convinced that if we ban flirting in the office, people won't get promoted unfairly over those who are more deserving, but less inclined to use sex as a way up the corporate ladder.

It's the same for those who use a camera phone to photograph the legs of a woman up a ladder: banning the camera won't turn them into ethical, gentle souls who would never harass a colleague.
