(1)How do I facilitate my transfer from Columbus, OH. to Chicago, IL? I submitted my request in January, 2005 and was told it would take no longer than 3 months. However, as of July 23, 2005 (6 months later) my request still has not been honored. Any assistance that can be given will be greatly appreciated.
(2) Please give me information on mutual swap.
