Thanks. I don't see AdAware 2.01 available for download though, under Freeware; just an older version called Anti Aureate 1.21. As it happens, View Source on the download page reveals the URL for AdAware 2.01. I downloaded it and it found and removed Conducent Timesink from my system.

Theres another tool called AD-aware its freeware and found at http://www.lavasoft.de . This tool removes not only Aureate but also Conducent/Timesink.
