P.J. - Your litle man is definately Conte Boehme - They did a complete series of this style little man though most times he has a top hat = also a matching bonneted lady - They were on the salt scuttles, double salts and condiment holders - Some with the apllied delicate while flower garlands and some with scrolls of gold paint highlights - They also did these pieces including a creamer and sugar with an adorable white cat (no-hats) - The most available coloring for the pieces is this green - although there are a few in blue, more popular with the cat figures - Sort of similar to the pink piggies, though not as many or as comical -- Eggo Me Early
