We're now posting selected industry press releases here, and hopefully, will be able to link to them from news stories or features when they are published.

This is going to annoy that pro-Qualcomm senator. UMTS in the USA; and it's based on Qualcomm so he can't grumble...

But it's installed by a French company!

Is anyone aware of where we may be able to get hold of the Siemens SXG75? I have a joint venture in place with a large global insurer and am looking to do some pre release testing on this unit- can you help?

What recommendations would you make to senior marketing’s executives going forward?
What should they be sure to do with its marketing?

Hiperman, or hiperlan?

The HiPer bit is "high performance" and HiPerLan is a proposed rival to WiFi, which failed to reach an agreed standard in time to compete in the market. There are some engineers who would like to revive it, of course...

HiPerMan is High Performance Radio Metropolitan Area Network and there's a good summary at Wikipedia.
