is janice lougeay going to join us? frank hackmann showed up at the last reunion as per usual, without a life but appropriately in view of the new nose and the 500 c.c.'s of bongo buddies that chuck hollman has not seen to my knowledge. let me know if lynn james is attending. are we having saturday evening services with The Dick, erdmann at the smile-high temple? will david braswell be with us to finally receive his "Tone Twister" Emeritus award? is he still a hairdresser in Sauget? i am very much looking forward to seeing my friends- 5 years is way to long for reunions, considering our croak rates at these ages. please ask dick and dave to wear their speedos and and dance to our school song-"Feed the Monkeys and Watch Em Shit!"

Chuck, I thought our school song went something like this:
"Beer, Beer, for old Belleville High, bring on the whisky, bring on the rye, Send those freshies out for gin and don't let a sober sophmore in, We'll sober up on wood alcohol while the loyal faculty lie stiff on the ballroom floor." Beer, Beer.....

P.S. I think it was John Hackman who was in our class - not Frank!

Terry,
Do you have Don Wilson's email? He is in Alaska now, a facility engineer for a hospital up there.
I have it if you need it.
Pam
p.s. Guess what? After all these years, I am now the Girl Scout leader at our elementary school, where I teach.

Hi Pam!

Yes, send us Don's new address. He is not still married to Missy?

I can believe you are still in girl scouts. I am looking for the group picture we took at the 30th of all us "old" mariner scouts. Do you know where yours is? Send it to me and I will put it on the website. Remember the sea scouts and the float trip...or Camp Ouatoga after 8th grade?

By the way, the school song is missing a line...........juniors may stagger, seniors may fall! Can you still remember the lines to the waltzing matilda song we made up?

I need a favor from a Class of 1965 member who was in Mrs. Incerto's sixth grade class at Dewey School. I lost my class picture in one of my many moves. If you still have your picture, I would like to make a copy. Please contact me at my e-mail address BettyMcB@charter.net Thanks!

A few facts: My husband and I have been married nearly 36 years. We have 3 grown children all married. As of August 15, 2005 we will be proud grandparents of 4 brilliant children. My husband retired from teaching in 1994 after 33 years of teaching band music in the Chicago suburbs. In June, 2005, I will complte 25 years of teaching in Illinois and Colorado. Two more years of teaching for me and then retirement! I'd love to hear from any interested classmates.

terry,
there are only 80 of 963 classmates and significant others signed for saturday night. the belleville marooned? were my comments overly offensive to our classmates? perhaps 800 maroons left town or withdrew from social interaction because in one way or another they were connected,so to speak, with the local priests. is the party handicap accessable? is a bear catholic? does the pope shit in the woods? we need more input from our pre- medicare classmates! bring it on grandmaw & grandpaw!

terry,
thank you for the update- will rick reed(little stud) and liz really be there? i truly hope they can come(at their age?) i mean rick's age. i'm glad to correspond before 1:00 am while the sheets are still cold. please let janice l. know that frank hickeymann is happilly married to four sheep in salt lake city, while getting a phd in animal husbandry law. probably won't be at our reunion. i have to appologise to lynn james, i still have not found a home for the twins- she refused to name them!after six kids who could blame her. thank god that janice finally was married heterosexually after so many relationships. dave b. promises to bring - saturday nite- the horse if the dick brings the menora. regardless, dawn and i look very forward to the reunion-hope there are name tags.

Dear committee,
I know that James Beckett lives in Glen Carbon, Illinois but I
don't know his address. He should be easy to find since he deals in old
books. Also Denny McCoulah lives in Bellevile. Hope that this helps.
Thanks for all of your hard work. Don Amenn

Enclosed is my check for the Saturday night function. I will also attend the function on Friday night. I apologize for not haivng my official invitation form, but someone "helped" me clean my desk and the invitation is not to be found. I am so looking forward to seeing everyone. Dear Friends,For a long time I was hoping to be able to attend our 40th reunion, but the timing wasn't right for us. Hans, my husband who is a foreign aid consultant is working with a project in Egypt most of July so we will stay in Sweden throughout August this year. When I spoke with Ellen she said that she will go next time I go, so in 5 years we'll see... ... ... ... I'm confident that you will be organizing another reunion in 2010. I'll be with you in spirit and mind. I enclose a family photo from our daughter Helena's wedding last year. Our first grandchild is due on New Year's Eve. Love to all, Gunilla (Editor's note: See the wedding picture on the Adventurer's page of the website.)

terry, you did above and beyond the call for a wonderfull time together. you were the spirit of our memories past and present and your efforts will always be memorialized with me. to once again see an old turd twister avec house frau, the dick birdman, rick read deacon and neil and pray holliday was certainly worth a drive to remind us who may still be alive in 5 plus two thousandfive. under all, it all depends. did not the deacon and the gleason make a pear made in laaduue? we enjoyed our evening with everyone - most of all, the mortals- even the hickeymenns! thank you terry, and thank the balding run around dick

Dear Terry and Committee, You all did a fantastic job. This was by far the most memorable reunion yet. No king cake...no ..ass of '65, just a great time to remember past years. I thought I would only be able to attend the cocktail party, but it was so much fun, I returned from my commitment in Springfield for the Saturday night festivities. Hope the 45th will be as memorable. Would be glad to stay in touch for the next five years, so e-mail me at sranna@wowway.com Thanks again, Roger Anna
