We don't take any notice of the usa. The email joe sent never went through but it will still register on echelon as an email to cuba, by a Hispanic sounding name, in the usa. The email wasn't fraudulent I just changed a letter to protect others, for I knew joe in his sb immoral attitude wouldn't care. Now he is on the dept homeland security watch list. So anyone can bring a charge if they have evidence or at least one
affidavit........This works in most countries of original English
Common Law, and many others.
As soon as I know sb is coming, I'll have the charges prepared by an
attorney and lodged with the magistrate, to await his arrival at the
aiport. Where they will be served by a sherrif's officer of the court.
sb will then have his passport confiscated and will have to apply for
