Lisa De Witt (Arizona, USA) - Guilty of abusing and harassing ex-devotees since November 2003. She is believed to be single-handedly responsible for the breakdown of all civil and coherent public discussions on Sathya Sai Baba's alleged crimes of paedophilia and murder, due to her own abusive behaviour and reckless allegations that have served to distract the mass of the audience into topics of irrelevance. Her style of "discussion" includes stringing together disjointed pieces of information into a patchwork quilt and offering it to the public view as an example of flawless tapestry.

Some of her more wilder conspiracy theories include: the ridiculous assertion that ex-devotees of Sai Baba are part of a Fundamentalist Christian organisation with an agenda to defame Sai Baba, ex-devotees are anti-Hindu and racist, ex-devotees are guilty of criminal convictions, ex-devotees are guilty of alcoholism, drug addiction, rape, sex crimes, paedophilia - you name it and Lisa's probably accused ex-devotees of it. What is especially interesting is that she pays scant regard to that annoying little thing called 'proof', what to speak of attending to the fact that her nonsensical claims have been oft-refuted and still she continues to spread false and defamatory information with renewed fervour. Just one example of the vitriolic abuse that is spewed from her mouth is her very disturbing and violent desire to wish death upon ex-devotees of her guru Sai Baba.

More disturbing facts about Lisa De Witt include her claims to have regular visions and visitations from Jesus Christ and several angels. Her ancillary claims about faith healing and clairaudience have led some people (including myself) to label her as a possible paranoid schizophrenic. A reason for why she exhibits such bizarre behaviour could have it's origin in an incidence of child sexual abuse which she claims to have suffered at age 13 in a care home by a health worker, which possibly contributed to the breakdown of her marriage to a man 15 years older than her (who she married at age 20) as well as several other unsuccessful relationships with men. Several of her posts that attest to her sense of female superiority and her supercilious sense of victory over 'defeating' male ex-devotees (when her arguments lack substance and coherence in reality) contributes to this understanding.

Another disturbing trend appears to be increasing racism on her part. True to her muckraking nature, Lisa began to try and dig up dirt on the BBC after the release of the 'Secret Swami' documentary. Unfortunately she found herself indirectly standing up in support of the British National Party (BNP), a right-wing British political party that is renown for it's campaigns against immigration and desire to restoring "the overwhelmingly white makeup of the British population that existed in Britain prior to 1948", when they registered their complaint against the BBC for a similar undercover documentary. If readers consider this to be a tenuous connection then they'll be interested to know that Lisa regularly insults a particular ex-devotee as a "stupid white man".

Recently it came to light that Lisa has turned to homosexuality somewhere along the line as she declared in the public-access discussion forums of a homosexuality-oriented website, a fact that she has not denied despite plenty of angry remarks from her in response to this information being brought to the attention of a wider audience. Also strange are the frequent references to anuses in her writings. Whereas her sexuality is not directly relevant to Sai Baba as such, I find it interesting that such an important aspect of her personality was hidden from the public at large. I suspect that she felt understandable discomfort defending Sai Baba - an alleged homosexual paedophile and murderer - while being a homosexual herself and having spent several years wildly accusing ex-devotees of being homosexual for years without any proof.

Apart from all of this, her strange ideas, fascination with anuses and justifications about Sai Baba's behaviour and teachings have been documented elsewhere on this blog (some anonymously and some not so anonymously), writings that have widely condemned her as a vile and ignorant, abusive and thoroughly unethical devotee of Sai Baba. That's just putting it mildly.
