This Baba is from Rayalseema, same area of AP CM who had a secret chat for 40 minutes. Baba if really were Baba should have told him to stop occupying the lands of Hyderabad and other regions of Telagana for his relatives, kith and kin and using state funds to make roads and flyovers in wrong places to help real estate prices.
