Tony Bologna O'Clery forgot to mention that the very people who coined the phrase " true believer syndrome" explicitly professed a belief in life after death, good-mediums, psychic phenomena, ESP and God after making their case against "true believer syndrome". Since Sathya Sai Baba has never openly acknowledged that he fakes miracles or manifestations, the term "true beliver syndrome" cannot apply to him or his devotees because "true believer syndrome" exclusively applies to events that have been openly faked (with a full admission of fraud). Tony, you want some more mustard on that bolgona sandwich?

The story on hiranyakasipu being able to send ships to the stars and manipulate matter, is also mentioned by sb in the sanathan sarathi magazine. Asral forms particularly of his mother are also stated by sb to be visiting the ashram. I don't believe that Moksha or becoming Nir Guna is unconscious but beyond consciousness and the manifestation of mind.
Atlantis and Lemuria are mentioned in the Hindu Puranas by different names such as Aswin and Lanka or similar.

A "glass" of amrit (which you describe in your testimonial (see /m1779)) could not possibly fit in that little amulet so either way you have LIED, as usual. The person in the film flips the object over in his hand several times so you can see there is no "tube" attached to it. Court on Thursday admitted a writ petition seeking initiation of
criminal prosecution against the doctors of the Sri Sathya Sai
Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Puttaparthi in Anantapur
district alleging malpractices regarding the transplantation of
kidney.
The writ petition has been filed by Balaji Triambak Rao Karavande,
who has alleged that the doctors of the institute removed a kidney
from his body and did not transplant the same to his father...
After he offered to donate one of his kidneys to save his father's
life, the doctors at the institute operated on him on April 25 1994
and told him that the same would be transplanted to his father.
BT Karavande said that his father died in December 1995 and to his
shock the doctors claimed that his father's body did not show signs
of a new transplanted kidney. He informed the court that after this
revelation, he lodged a complaint with the Latur [Maharashtra]
police, who exumed the body, conducted a post-mortem, and confirmed
that no kidney transplant has taken place.
He alleged that the police at Puttaparthi did not register the
complaint and that he was thrown out of the hospital when he
confronted the doctors with the relevant documents. He sought
compensation of Rs 20 lakh and direction to the police to register a
case and punish the guilty who played fraud upon him."

Apart from the obvious fraud and theft, if the allegations are proven
the persons and doctors responsible at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute
of Higher Medical Sciences have also, at least, committed
manslaughter and possibly murder (if a deliberate intent can be
established).
I doubt this will go that far considering the influence Sai Baba has
on the governments in India. There will probably be a scapegoat.

Actually it is a "biggie". Sathya Sai Baba's followers gleefully proclaim that he is predicted as the Second Coming of Christ as per Revelations 19, with the small problem that Sai Baba himself doesn't agree because he insists that he is God. If Sai Baba's devotees want to keep claiming this then they can destory their intellectual dishonesty and explain the context of the other parts of Revelaiton that they conveniently ignore. And this is not even the end of it; the "Islamic prophecy" is a total fake. The version put out by the Sai Org is not to be found in any Islamic texts, esoteric or exoteric. The predictions of the Mahdi that do exist are completely at odds with the version put out by the Sai Org. Thus, they are liars. Plain and simple. A thought just occurred to me. I was thinking how the original The Guardian Article About Sathya Sai Baba was duplicated in about 5 other media sources. A month and a half later, the newer circulating version has been duplicated in over a dozen (and counting) media sources. Ironic enough, one and half months later and my article about The British Controversy, Paul Lewis And The Anti-Sai Hackjob is well situated in Google's ranking. This means, of course, that those who are truly interested in this matter will research it and will find my high-ranking webpage about it :-) To verify this, I just looked at my site stats and they are up 65%, all directly related to Paul Lewis and Vir Sanghvi. I don't blame them, especially presents consist of utterly boring things such as a new pair of socks, jumpers, scarves, etc. Very rarely does anyone actually get what they want. Men NEVER get their Black & Decker All-purpose Driller, women NEVER get their Trilogy jewellery from Ernest Jones, Santa Claus NEVER eats the milk/alcohol and cookies that the kids put out for him..

I spent a lot of time thinking what to get for Mum and Dad. Well, the usual options for their birthdays are usually a new bottle of Oil of Olay and a bottle of aftershave respectively. This year I decided to do something a bit useful with all the money I have. I saw an advert on the telly about a hairdryer that was on offer, so I thought I'd get that for Mum. I also figured that since the radio in the kitchen is extremely shitty and gets poor reception, I might make Mum happy and get her a new one. While she pretends that she is happy with what she is, it still stands that a new radio is definitely needed since the current one was about two decades out of date. Since I'd get Mum a hairdryer, the radio could be considered a present for the "house", or at least a late anniversary present since I completely forgot about their anniversary (oops!). For Dad, I figured I might get him a bottle of Disaronno.
I actually did get all this stuff a few days ago. Like a little child I was so excited about it that I wanted to pull them out and gift it to them immediately, but I held myself in and managed to keep quiet. Christmas Eve night I excitedly placed them in position so that the parents would get a surprise when they sat down in their chairs next morning.
Well, the long and the short of it is that they basically appreciated that I had gone to the effort but they didn't like the presents. Unbelievable! I KNEW that Mum wouldn't like her presents. Apparently the hairdryer is unnecessary even though it is a Revlon professional. And the radio would get dirty in the kitchen. What a fucking lame excuse. I could have got her just a radio, but for 3 quid more I got her one with a CD player included in it. I suspect that they will ask for the receipts for exchanging.
It hurts when your own parents don't appreciate your gifts. You might think they would be sensitive enough to hide their feelings but nooooooo, they had to ask me questions like when and where I got it from, asking for the receipts etc. Coz apparently Tesco's has a cheaper radio. What kind of shit does Tesco sell anyway?
This reminds me of a few years earlier when I was more or less a schoolkid and I saved up al the spare change I had to get Mum a crystal keyring and a tiepin for Dad, for their anniversary. They didn't fucking appreciate those either, they went and exchanged the two for a stupic clock that they don't even use!
Why don't people have any fucking sensitivity ?? I could have got them crappy stuff like socks and shit, but I didn't! I bought ELECTRONICS wiv mah moolah! I went into a fucking sulk all day. I spend all that time thinking what actually might be useful and getting excited about it, only to get all down about it. I didn't see Dad complaining about his Disaronna though, naturally. Who wouldn't like Disaronna?
Oh yes, and did I mention that I got NOTHING for Christmas?
P.S. At the time of writing I have made a small discovery. Apparently my parents have played the same trick on me by leaving an envelope at my computer station with 50 quid in if for my present. While it is a nice gesture, it lacks imagination. They know that there are several things that I might like but no one shows any sign of going out and getting it. I am still very disappointed and hurt. At least Anna got soemthing nice. I'm almost jealous.

Everything that he has to say are fetid speculations gleaned from material on Expose sites. His "scathing" response is more like a laughable response, which is why I have not even bothered to respond to it.
Sanjay, I feel you should respond to his allegations. If that is not done,how can we get the truth, I agree that you are able to clearly say that there are a lot of things that are not alright with Sathya sai baba,butdon't you think that we should have more evidence.Of course you are able to demolish the view that people did not know about Shrdi sai baba in puttaparthi area when Sathya Sai Baba was in his teens.
As far as Alhaya rahm is concerrned,both you and joe seem to be in agreement on the fact that the case did not go through because of technical reasons and not because the judiciary found Sathya Sai Baba guilty or not guilty. I'm wondering why anti- Sais are so dumb as to waste their time in a battle where the very suspicious accusers (who are all grown men and obvious liars hiding out unless there are cameras or journalists to kiss their butts and throw them softball questions) won't even lift a finger to fight for themselves. They never consulted a lawyer. They never even tried to file charges. And now they are doing practically nothing to help the "cause" except for lending their name in a useless battle. Do tell us how everyone is taking your words out of context when you gloated yourself that you worked on that article and that Anti-Sai Activists knew of the article "months" before its publication. You even cited a post from a Yahoo Group 6 months before the article as proof that you warned us of the coming newspaper publication in The Guardian. You are a big fat liar and no one believes you. When it comes to hearsay and unconfirmed rumors about what Sathya Sai Baba allegedly said about Princess Diana and Prince Charles, Anti-Sai Activists turn into gossip queen and report these rumors like tabloid sensationalists. However, when it comes to Said Afshin Khorramshahgol and his rubbishing (with proof) of the much beloved Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, Ronald Reagan and all US Presidents as "morons" ( Ref), Anti-Sai Activists act deaf and say the discussion is about Sathya Sai Baba and not their perversions, defamations and untruths. Alaya attempted to sue Goldstein and failed. Alaya attempted to sue Sathya Sai Baba (in the wrong country) and failed. Alaya's last ditch effort was to sue the Society (in the wrong country) and failed. Not even one single witness came forward to defend Alaya or support him in any way. Not even one other alleged victim! Instead of wasting so much time in America filing useless court cases, the Rahm's should have filed a court case in India (which would have generated immense publicity). Too late, they dismissed their case "with prejudice"! The only reason why Anti-Sai Activists have not responded to my scathing response is because they have already stuck all their feet in their mouths and can't find any more room to stick more feet in! Meera, please don't forget that Joe108 has no information about anything in the Sathya Sai Baba controversy. Everything that he has to say are fetid speculations gleaned from material on Expose sites. His "scathing" response is more like a laughable response, which is why I have not even bothered to respond to it. The Sai Organisation are also putting out disinformation (in their RadioSai magazine) to bolster the devotees to believe their own story.
The case "failed" because it wasn't legally possible to sue Sai Baba and/or his organisation in America, it's as simple as that. The Rahm's lawyer specifically outlined what it would take to convict Sai Baba/Organisation, a legal process that would take far too long during which the Baba might kick the bucket as he is already too old and weak and is not expected to live for too long. That's all.

From what tony wrote and from what I read in your article,I can make out that that according to you both, Sathya Sai Baba should be in West or U.S to be prosecuted. I am sure there must be a provision to send a notice to anyone anwhere in the world. Why such a provision if available has not been used. I am a woman with 2 children.My husband is working in a private firm as a Sales Manager. If co2000 is not interested in answering my questions, no problem. I am here as a devotee of Shirdi Baba and I hope this is not wrong.I would be very happy to know whether Sathya Sai baba is the incarnation of Shirdi Sai.My neighbours,Mohan Athre and his wife Priya are devotees of Sathya sai baba. By the way, I forgot to mention that the famous B.V. Narasimha Swamiji (Shirdi Sai amabassador) met Sathya and analysed his claims. Obviously Sathya did not deserve much attention despite all the little "miracles" he was doing, and the Shirdi Sansthan accept that there is no need for a reincarnation since Shirdi Sai Baba's grace is apparently still available from his tomb, according to the reports and experiences of devotees and even Shirdi's own words.
Shirdi himself stated in many places that after his death he would still be active from his tomb, answering prayers and whatnot. So, what need for a reincarnation?
I'd also like to thank you for recognising the uselessness of Joe108 and CO2000 right off the bat. You are seeing first-hand their utter incapability of presenting a rational argument in discussion, and their pre-eminent strategy solely consists of personal attacks that have no meaning. They are angry that they are incapable of defending Sathya and simply choose to abuse us instead.

Meera, I am not against Shirdi Sai baba as I have a very great respect for him. In fact I first heard of him after watching the famous movie starring Sudheer Dalavi and I visited Shirdi in 1990. Re your question about my article, the thing that we have to remember is that reincarnation itself cannot be scientifically proven. If anybody wants to believe that Sathya Sai is the reincarnation of Shirdi Sai, that is their faith and their own belief.
My angle is that some basic history about Sathya Sai should be known; he rose to fam after shamelessly arrogating the name and fame of Shirdi Sai Baba. If you speak to any Sathya devotee or read any books about Sathya, you will find that his claims of reincarnation are taken for granted. According to the official story, he announced it literally out of the blue and even confirmed his "identity" with Shirdi Sai in print to a media journalist. There are lots of "facts" that "prove" how Sathya is Shirdi's reincarnation so much so that it is taken for granted.
But thanks to new information (as per my articles), we have just discovered that Sathya was a liar. We are expected to believe (from official sourceS) that no one in Sathya's area had even heard of Shirdi Baba much less know who he was. What we know now is that Shirdi Sai Baba was not only well known in the area, but that young Sathya was a devotee of Shirdi Baba! Two of his uncles were confirmed devotees, and Sathya himself regularly attended Shirdi bhajans at the house of relatives and friends. When there are such glaring discrepancies between the facts and the 'official' version, how can we take his claims of reincarnation seriously? He is a liar, plain and simple.
What would have been the harm if Sathya's biographers had included this information in their books? They specifically chose to cover it up despite the fact that many of Sathya's contemporaries may well have testified. They did this to trim down the story and inculcate a myth. Sathya's fame has grown from there, declaring himself as the reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba at a time when there were many such "reincarnations". Sathya was not doing anything unusual or unique, a lot of people were claiming to be Shirdi's reincarnation. Apparently this didn't satisfy him, because soon enough he was claiming to be G-O-D, an avatar walking the earth.
I just feel sorry for the people who believe all this rubbish. I believed it, but now mine eyes hath seen the light.

I have been accused by jose geraldo mentira moreno or joe 108, of writing on an Irish White Power site. This is not true but they did quote some of my writing on pro secularism. Why they quoted me I'm not sure, considering it was anti sectarian. Joes says I am cas but the bio doesn't fit me or my parents. I don't live in Ireland and wasn't born there. It is just another fabrication from the followers of sathya fudgepacker. The difficulty of Al Rahm's suit was that there was really nobody to sue, no consistent legal entity. sb lives in India and is too petrified to come to the west in case the affidavits are served on him. As you know anyone with money or influence would not be prosecuted in India. It was really as simple as that.

Sathya Sai Baba has never had even one single complaint lodged against him by any alleged victim, first-hand, in India. As a matter of fact, not even one alleged victim has even tried to file a basic police complaint or court case against Sathya Sai Baba in India (the only place where courts would have jurisdiction over Baba as an individual defendent).

If you are talking about Sai Baba, then sorry, you are directly encroaching on my rights to freedom of speech. You have no business telling me what I can and can't say about Sai Baba especially since I am in a position to make qualified statements, my being an apostate.
And if you are so concerned with people "nosying" into your private business, you might like to address the question of why you take great delight in "nosying" into the personal and private lives of Sai Baba's critics as you have been doing without break since 2002.
And yes, you have plenty to hide. The simple fact that you are not courageous enough to clarify your stance in public is proof of this. Unlike Sai Baba's apostates, who have availed themselves to media sources and more, you have hidden behind your computer screen since late 2002 hiding away and running away from direct questions asked of you. You may claim a right to privacy if only you weren't so morbidly interested in violating the privacy of other people. You have forfeited your right to privacy, and you have the audacity to talk of jail when your own slanderous and defamatory abusive statements would institutionalise you, never mind jail.

If you have stated it as many times as you claim, you can now confirm it once and for all so that it can be up for posterity and your position clear. Are you a devotee of Sai Baba? Just answer a simple 'yes' or 'no'.It wouldn't matter much anyway because then there would be further questions as to your motivations in defending Sai Baba and smearing his critics in the horribly abusive way you have been doing since 2002.

Either Joe108 doesn't understand English or he has reading problems. In my last post I (indirectly) quoted two newspaper articles to support my "views", what to speak of quoting Tigrett himself - a longtime close devotee of Sai Baba who was the biggest funder of SSB's hospital.
Secondly, this is not even a discussion. Joe108 (and his colleagues) are neither devotees (so they claim) nor are they spokespersons for SSB and/or his Organisation. Therefore there is no need and no use of engaging in any form of discussion with them considering that they have nothing interesting to say, and only repeat the same turgid ad-hominem nonsense and spamming of their defamatory and slanderous links.

I didn't say that he was a murderer per se. My opinion of his murderous tendencies is based on Isaac Tigrett's statement in the BBC documentary which is irrefutable. Tigrett specifically said this out of his own mouth with no prompting, especially when the question was about serial sex abuse and paedophilia. It is ludicrous to not suspect Sai Baba of murder given the ample evidence of his being privy to the whole affair in 1993, which took place in his own inner apartments. He doesn't need to actually murder people with his own hand, the simple fact that murders, rapes and suspicious deaths occurring in and around his ashram are reported in newspapers is enough to surmise that he has done absolutely nothing by way of internal or external investigation. He has never co-operated with the authorities and his own deputy at the time (Indulal Shah) specifically told the media: "The matter is purely internal and we do not wish to have any law enforcement agency investigating into it." - The Hindu, July 10th 1993 This is all one needs to know that the Sai Organisation (operating under Sai Baba's direct control) carries out actions that are incredibly suspicious and questionable at best. Only recently an unnamed Sai official stated, "We do not care" about the US State Dept Travel Advisory for India. 'Nuff said. |

As I have been repeating over and over again (as seems to be usual to get Gerald Moreno to understand things), we have information on Isaac Tigrett that is not in the public domain and thus it is inappropriate to reveal. Suffice to say, Tigrett knew full well what he was saying to the BBC reporters, and it has nothing to do with being "influenced" by the Rahm family.
The trouble with cowboys like Gerald Moreno (and his sidekick Lisa) is that they were not around at the time when all of these things were breaking out, and they were not even privy to discussions that were going on at the time, much less discussions going on between devotees and former devotees. How terribly ironic that all their information is sourced by us (ALL of their "conclusions" arise from fetid speculating over information from OUR websites) and they think they know it all. Among a number of things, it makes us laugh. And laughing is all we seem to be doing these days, especially when Sai Baba is getting exposed all over the place and even his top-ranking devotees agree with us. :-)
Now Gerald Moreno is resorting to lies and personal remarks about supposed emails he has received form GD, a forum that is not even operational any more! LOL! Like so many of the anti-Sai stories, this one too is shrouded in secrecy. Only those trusted in the "in-crowd" seem to be allowed to contact the accuser with regard to this incident which is alleged to have happened some thirty years ago. Barry Pittard claims that Bob Lowenberg investigated and wrote about this story and yet there is no documentation supporting Pittard's assertion and Mr. Lowenberg, who has written four pro-Sai Baba books, appears to still be a devotee. Like so many of the anti-Sai stories upon close examination, the facts do not seem to match the rhetoric. One would think that if the anti-Sais had as much supporting documention as they claim, it would be easily available and consistent. For a group who claims to want to prove their case the anti-Sais seem to put obstructions at every turn. More recently, Tony O'Clery began touting more unsubstantiated stories regarding Sai Baba's alleged fascination with semen and black magic. O'Clery claimed Dan Winter was the resident expert on the subject. Upon typing Dan Winter's name into the search engine, we find out Dan Winter has been sued for plagiarizing the copyrighted property of a Jewish physicist named Tenen and owes $140,000 in financial damages, with future lawsuits in the works. Not only that, but Winter is a wanted fugitive for disobeying the court directive and is currently in hiding although he is still making money doing seminars using Tenen's plagiarized material. Mr. Winter has a network of friends who are aiding and abetting him in his illegal endeavors. Tony O'Clery went into hiding after I first broke this story. According to court documents, Dan Winter had made many anti-semitic statements toward Mr. Tenen. Winter's business associate, Melchizedik, also threatened Mr. Tenen with satanic retribution if he didn't leave Mr. Winter alone. Sometime back, I posted information regarding the purported anti-semitic connections between Duncan Roads of Nexus Magazine, David Icke, and New Dawn Magazine. As it turns out, New Dawn Magazine did an interview with Dan Winter in 2002 and David Icke has published some of Dan Winter's material. Dear Friends, www.danwinter.com has been transferred to the Plaintiffs, Stanley and Cynthia Tenen and Meru Foundation, by order of Hon. Judge Charles J. Siragusa, of the US Federal District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester. The Court has taken this action because Mr. Winter has refused to respond to the Court. He has refused to show up for hearings, for depositions, and to show cause why he should not continue to be held in contempt of court for his many violations of the Court's orders. This is not a matter of censorship. There is an arrest warrant for Mr. Winter filed with the United States Federal Marshals' Service, and he is a fugitive. It is the Court's way of using its discretionary powers to encourage Mr. Winter to appear in Court in the United States, and for deposition, as he has been ordered to do. The idea is to get Mr. Winter's attention, not to censor him. (The three most recent Court Orders, listed and linked to below, make this clear.) For the time being, this website includes an index of posted documents, the Court's orders including Mr. Winter's Corrective Notice, a list of copyright-violating works, and excerpts from related sworn depositions and affidavits by recognized professionals, who are either expert witnesses or eyewitnesses. We are planning to address Mr. Winter in an open letter, to be posted here in the near future. In the meantime, we ask all of those who are interested in the ideas that have brought them to this site to read the index and summaries listed below. It is very important that everyone understand the most important issue is not a matter of property, or slander. Nor is it a matter of Mr. Winter's admitted plagiarism, and willful and malicious behavior. The most important issue is that the materials presented by Mr. Winter are not only taken from the works of others, but that he is deliberately misrepresenting those works. In other words, social, political, personal, and legal issues aside, the materials presented by Mr. Winter are bogus. Mr. Winter actually bragged -- when he was first confronted about his lying -- that he knew that what he was presenting (particularly with regard to the golden mean and the golden spiral) was untrue, but that his audiences -- in his words -- were "too stupid to know the difference." This is the reason why you should consider informing yourself about the facts. The problem is not that Mr. Winter is selling stolen goods. That is a problem, but it's not the worst problem. The problem is that when you open the metaphoric box of ideas that Mr. Winter is always advertising, the box is empty, or full of things that are untrue. Mr. Winter is not "liberating secrets". It is as if he is selling stolen cars that don't even have engines. (Metaphorically, of course -- thankfully, Mr. Winter is not actually selling cars.) Also, by admitting -- bragging -- that "my audiences are too stupid to know the difference," Mr. Winter is expressing contempt for his own audiences. This is not science. This is quackery. Mr. Winter has no credentials. He has no publications. He has no colleagues. His representations of accomplishments are false, and his reputation is that of a con artist. Mr. Winter's victims are his audience. That is why he has such contempt for his audience. This is why honest, caring people who are interested in the topics Mr. Winter discusses should turn their backs on him, and go instead to the honestly-presented original sources of the research. If you have any influence on Mr. Winter, or any interest in helping him, then we ask you to help him to keep the promises he made, and to honor the court's orders. And finally, there should be no doubt of who is telling the truth here, because in fact, the first order posted here, entitled Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order which the court issued as an Order after reviewing the evidence, was actually composed by Mr. Winter and the attorney he hired. In other words, the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order is Mr. Winter's personal admission of guilt and responsibility. Mr. Winter and his attorney -- in order to conclude the lawsuit -- swore before the Court that Mr. Winter was effectively an impostor, that he had plagiarized and bastardized the works of Stan Tenen and the Meru Foundation, that he had acted willfully and maliciously, and all the rest of it. So when you are reading the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order, you are reading Mr. Winter's statement, and Mr. Winter's side of the story. Mr. Winter's unsworn statements which he now makes in public are his way of attempting to discount what he admitted to in Court. These statements are not under oath, and these statements were not reviewed by an impartial US Federal Court judge. Thankfully, we enjoy freedom of speech, and that includes the freedom to lie. The facts are what was sworn to and reviewed by the court. Please help all those who care about these issues to understand the facts. One further thought. Dishonest people, and people who enjoy hurting others -- like Mr. Winter -- count on the fact that the vast majority of healthy, caring, well-intended people are not suspicious by nature, and accept what they are told at face value. This is good. Decent, caring people should not have to be suspicious, and should not need to double-check every claim that is made. But unfortunately, this means that decent, caring people, young and old, students and professionals, are easily deceived by people like Mr. Winter, who go to so much trouble to deceive them. No one who has been taken in by Mr. Winter's claims should feel badly. This is not anything to be ashamed of. The fact is that even the best informed and most careful people can be deceived by a determined liar. Please, if you did not immediately realize the truth about Mr. Winter and his claims, do not feel foolish, and please be respectful and understanding to other caring people when you speak with them. /m1520Tony O'Clery is a blatant liar as I was the one who initially discovered his uses of different usernames, pretending to be other people.Tony's another one like usedbybaba who thinks lying is cute and playing with peoples lives is a big game. Tony may not live in Ireland but he visits there (he has stated on his westminster site that his mother lives in Ireland) as well as the UK and Australia and has been known to put other countries on his profiles while pretending to be others. When he was posting as sivatayi_2000 he tried to give the pretense he was from UK. Someday someone will sue Tony the big mouthed defamer because, like most warped anti-Sais, he never knows when to shut up.
