Therefore, usedbybaba could not have attended Baba's college at that time (as he claimed) because it had not yet been founded. Yes the police seemed a little lax. However they were dealing with mostly runaways who became prostitutes, so disappearances were not uncommon. Some were later found in Canada and one in the USA.
