Aww, Sheba comes to back up Solomon. Sahme they don't know that at least two witnesses (Diana Payne and Mark Roche, latter featured in sensational BBC documentary) were prepared to testify in court. Too bad Moreno knows nothing about the court case, except for what his friends in the Sai organisation have told him. :-) Face it, Sai Baba has just been exposed... again. Satya Sai Baba caught in British controversyIndo-Asian News Service London, December 22, 2006 Satya Sai Baba, one of India's best known spiritual leaders, has triggered a fresh controversy in Britain after association with The Duke of Edinburgh's Award charity involving young people. The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a London-headquartered charity whose patron is Prince Philip. It gives three kinds of awards (bronze, silver and gold) to anyone aged between 14-25 for achievements in four categories: community service, skills, physical recreation and expeditions. Each year it is estimated that over 2,25,000 youngsters vie for the honour in Britain alone. This year, when the charity celebrates its 50th year, it has chosen to send about 200 young volunteers to India to work with the Sri Satya Sai Organisation. However, the feat, pulled off by Sai Youth UK, a division of the parent body, has created a furore. Several people, including some of the Satya Sai Baba's former Western disciples, questioned the decision in view of the mixed reputation the godman enjoys. Sai's devotees deny the allegations. The Guardian was the first to raise its voice saying the award scheme had chosen as its accredited partner a spiritual group "whose 'living god' founder has been accused of sexually abusing young boys". Satya Sai Baba hit bad press in Britain two years ago when a BBC programme, The Secret Swami, interviewed young Western disciples who alleged that the godman had sexually coerced them. The Guardian quoted Tom Sackville, a former Home Office minister and chairman of Fair, a cult-watching and victim support group, as saying: "It is appallingly naive for the award scheme to involve young people and the royal family with an organisation whose leader is accused of paedophilia. Parents who plan to send their children on this pilgrimage... should be aware of the danger their children are being exposed to." The daily also said Michael Gave, a conservative MP, planned to write to the charity to say it should monitor the organisations they chose as partners more strictly. "As a society we need a more determined effort to identify and expose those religious cults and extremists that pose a direct threat to people, so that they do not enjoy patronage that should be directed elsewhere," he was quoted as saying. In the 1990s, when Prince Charles visited India, he had expressed a desire to visit the Sai Baba but was quietly dissuaded by the British Embassy in New Delhi. Since The Guardian's article, it was reported that there was mounting pressure on the charity to distance itself from the Sai group. However, charity spokesperson Shona Taylor did not answer repeated queries as to whether the volunteers had left for India and how they could be contacted. - Hindustan Times :-) Also carried at: KeralaNext.Com, India4u.Com, Nerve. In, IBNLive.Com ("Brit Boys To Keep Off Sai Baba's Reach"), and WorldWide Religious News. :-)

When it comes to hearsay and unconfirmed rumors about what Sathya Sai Baba allegedly said about Princess Diana and Prince Charles, Anti-Sai Activists turn into gossip queen and report these rumors like tabloid sensationalists. However, when it comes to Said Afshin Khorramshahgol and his rubbishing (with proof) of the much beloved Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, Ronald Reagan and all US Presidents as "morons" ( Ref), Anti-Sai Activists act deaf and say the discussion is about Sathya Sai Baba and not their perversions, defamations and untruths. Shameless hypocrites.

That's right Moreno, read hidden messages and take my words out of context as you usually do. :-) You are proving to the whole world that your articles are based on nothing but fetid speculations from Expose websites and/or critics' words. Thank you for proving me right. :-) Bear in mind that this is a new article by the Hindustan Times. :-) And the only reason you are even allowed to post here is because you post on two unmoderated forums. You are thrown out everywhere else (three times in a row from the same forum!) because you are an undisciplined troublemaker who annoys everyone, just as you are doing here. :-) Sai Baba's name is ruined all over the world now, you just can't get to grips with reality can you?

Nice deflection tactic Sanjay Dadlani (aka "Sai Baba EXPOSED"). Nice to see you are keeping the rumor mill running, all the while failing to provide any verifiable proof to your absurd claims. Notice the pattern?

/m1639The anti-Sai "true believers" can only run to journalists to do their bidding and carry on their campaign of lies. Apparently they can't even find an atheist lawyer (advocate) in India to help them file charges! I wonder why. Too funny. And Sanjay's head is getting so big I'm surprised he can fit through the door... "We run the expose and the expose continues." Too funny (roll eyes). What a wannabe nerd. The only thing Sanjay is good at is running his mouth like he has diarrhea.

More pathological lies from Sanjay Dadlani (aka "Sai Baba EXPOSED"). If other witnesses were going to be called, they would have had to be identified to the court for cross examination and obtaining depositions. NO witnesses were identified to the court on Alaya Rahm's behalf and neither Sanjay Dadlani or any other Anti-Sai Activist can provide even one single court record that supports their erroneous claims that witnesses for Alaya Rahm were going to be called. Of course, these are the same people who claimed that Kreydick's deposition was not part of the official court record until I proved them wrong.... again. Yawn on that Sanjay. * Alaya Rahm Self-Dismissed His Own Lawsuit Against The Sathya Sai Baba Society* A Scathing Response To Critics About Alaya Rahm's Failed Lawsuit

In the meantime, suck on this: "In the 1990s, when Prince Charles visited India, he had expressed a desire to visit the Sai Baba but was quietly dissuaded by the British Embassy in New Delhi."Gee I wonder why? Maybe it had something to do with this. :-)

Sanjay Dadlani (aka "Sai Baba EXPOSED") everyone knows why you are gloating over the press received about The Guardian article. You were the one who boasted that you were directly involved with it and predicted its publication 6 months before it came out! Paul Lewis' Hidden Bias In The Guardian UK NewspaperSanjay said about this article, on this forum: "Want to talk about blindness? I warned you fools about this months ago, but you're way too thick to pick up the hints. I even warned you months in advance about the BBC movie, and you were too thick to pick up the hints about that too. Nothing has changed even two years later. :-)...We already knew about this issue months before the date pf publication of course. In fact it was mooted as a front-page story, but at the last minute a development in a legal issue involving PM Tony Blair took precedence and the Sai Baba article was moved to Page 3. No matter, open the paper and it all goes BOOM! in your face...How did you like the distractions, Moreno? Sorry I couldn't take part while I was busy participating in this development...We run the Exposé and the Exposé continues...And yes, I know all about what has gone on behind the scenes. This is the stuff I am working on while you idiots are arguing endlessly over who's a bigger pervert than who when the biggest pervert of all (Sai Baba) has just been exposed today (Saturday 4th November 2006) in a very nice Page 3 spread in a highbrow British newspaper like The Guardian. Of course, I already know which page it's on even though I don't have it yet." Of course, now Sanjay is attempting to say that he wasn't as involved as he formerly claimed he was. More feet in mouth :-)

Yawn. As I said before, Joe108 knows nothing about the legal case. The full explanation (complete with information from the Rahm's lawyer, is contained here. More lies as usual, several witnesses were going to be called. Too bad Joe108 didn't know about it, he knows nothing. :-)

Sanjay Dadlani (aka "Sai Baba EXPOSED") said, "The case "failed" because it wasn't legally possible to sue Sai Baba and/or his organisation in America". Amen. Finally got your information right. But what you forget to tell everyone is that Alaya Rahm's lawyer not only accepted the case, he pursued it for 16 months only to conclude that the Society was a bookstore and could not be sued! Alaya attempted to sue Goldstein and failed. Alaya attempted to sue Sathya Sai Baba (in the wrong country) and failed. Alaya's last ditch effort was to sue the Society (in the wrong country) and failed. Not even one single witness came forward to defend Alaya or support him in any way. Not even one other alleged victim! Instead of wasting so much time in America filing useless court cases, the Rahm's should have filed a court case in India (which would have generated immense publicity). Too late, they dismissed their case "with prejudice"! The only reason why Anti-Sai Activists have not responded to my scathing response is because they have already stuck all their feet in their mouths and can't find any more room to stick more feet in! Of course, Sanjay will spin everything with his typical garrulous replies and deflection tactics and repeat his monotoned rhetoric like a brainless automaton (no surprise there). This whole issue has been nothing less than a total embarrassment for the Anti-Sai Movement. If you listen carefully, you can hear them sobbing amidst the gnashing of their teeth :-) * Alaya Rahm Self-Dismissed His Own Lawsuit Against The Sathya Sai Baba Society* A Scathing Response To Critics About Alaya Rahm's Failed Lawsuit

Meera, please don't forget that Joe108 has no information about anything in the Sathya Sai Baba controversy. Everything that he has to say are fetid speculations gleaned from material on Expose sites. His "scathing" response is more like a laughable response, which is why I have not even bothered to respond to it. The Sai Organisation are also putting out disinformation (in their RadioSai magazine) to bolster the devotees to believe their own story.
The case "failed" because it wasn't legally possible to sue Sai Baba and/or his organisation in America, it's as simple as that. The Rahm's lawyer specifically outlined what it would take to convict Sai Baba/Organisation, a legal process that would take far too long during which the Baba might kick the bucket as he is already too old and weak and is not expected to live for too long. That's all.

Alaya Rahm Self-Dismissed His Own Lawsuit Against The Sathya Sai Baba Society
This message by joe is quite convincing. It looks like Alahya Rahm did nothing to prove his case against Sathya Sai Baba.It looks as though money was his motivation. I am sure, there are provisions in the U.S law which can at the least send a judicial order or something like that to Sathya Sai Baba. This would have proved that Alaya was really trying to prove something.

/m1632You've been shown the truth Usedbybaba and you continue to lie about it. No honest WOMAN would look at the perversities you have been shown regarding saibabaexposed and O'Clery and act so blase about it. The fact that you could care less about their vulgarity and lies reveals who you are (a man who is a PERVERT).
