Goes to show how much you know. What did Jens Sethi do? What did Hari Sampath do? Sethi listed (or tried to list) a complaint with the Puttaparthi police and got ran out of town. Sampath registered a legal complaint with the Indian courts and it got thrown out by a judge who was a Sai devotee, and who poked his nose beyond his legal purview. This has been repeated over and over again, but barking dogs like you continue to bark the same old lies that none has ever "tried" to file a complaint.

I want people to take note of how usedbybaba so carelessly casts aspersions, babbles, gossips and throws other peoples names and private information around (for them) while he cowers behind an anonymous name. And then, as if that weren't bad and incongruous enough, the bozo refuses to answer questions about his OWN allegations that he was molested by Baba when he was nineteen years old. Notice too, he is constantly claiming he knows all these people yet he has no way to contact them and is ALWAYS ordering other people to contact people he claims he knows! If he knows all these people on the list WHY doesn't he contact them and why don't they back up his claims? Obviously,if he REALLY had known them from the list, they would be here affirming who they are wouldn't they? So this proves he did NOT get the names from these students or he would have their contact info.

If you know the bharvani brothers, can you give us the details of each one of them.I know them much much more than you.Can you tel, how their father died and what your Sai baba told their mother. They used to get interviews when they were small boys and along with their parents who were rich.Tell them to come to this site and write to me. If they are known to you. They were small boys who were interested in Cricket (jagdish bharvani was not interested in cricket)and left puttaparthi in the 80s when the eldest of the lot jagdish was in 9 th std. The youngest studied for some more time.If they know who i am, they will not refute anything that I say.

Lie: Several molestees have attempted to file charges both with the Indian police and with the police in their own countries. Also, several legal petitions (two of which brought some fruit) and legal petitions were registered both in Indian and American courts.

So stop lying.

It ultimately doesn't matter anyway, because Sathya Sai Baba now has a black name in the world's media. No matter what anyone does, he will never get past these things. :-)

Let's go over it again for the dummies. NO alleged crime victim is taken seriously UNLESS s/he FILES an OFFICIAL complaint with the POLICE.

The anti-Sais are trying to avoid this issue because they KNOW they have absolutley NO ground to stand on. This is the ONE clue that the anti-Sai campaign is NOTHING but a smear campaign designed to deceive people.

This consular information sheet regarding India CLEARLY advises crime victims to do TWO things.


#1. Report the crime to the police.
 
#2. Contact the U.S. embassy or consulate for assistance.
 
For some reason the alleged victims think they are above the law when it comes to reporting procedures. Apparently they would rather whine everyone to death than do their DUTY and PROPERLY report a crime they allege was committed. We can ALL easily deduce WHY this is so. They all seemed to have plenty of time and money to run to India prior to the allegations.
