To the contrary Sanjay (aka "Sai Baba EXPOSED"), I have wholly refuted your lamentable "Sai Baba Shirdi Lies" which almost exclusively relied on Sai Devotees and LIMF (by your own admission). Funny enough, when it comes to Shirdi Baba, you cited LIMF and Sai Devotees as reliable, accurate, honest and objective sources. However, you recently trashed and bashed LIMF as "bullshit" and Sai Devotees as "liars". Which means, of course, that you just refuted all those articles yourself.

Thank you for this opportunity to set the record straight. Recently, I found that someone had posted a message on an Anti-Baba web-site that was quoted out of context from a letter I sent to the editor of India Today in response to a degrading article they printed about Sai Baba in December, 2000 - 75 years of Sathya Sai Baba - Faith and Controversy. My letter, the full text of which was not printed in the magazine or on the web-site, was the only letter published in the next edition of India Today supporting Sai Baba by outlining the differences between eastern and western attitudes to religion and sex. I tried to remove this post from their message board but was unable to do so as I was not given access. I have been a devotee of Sai Baba for 8 years and lived in Puttaparthy and Whitefield for most of that time near his ashrams and travelled extensivelly through India as well as exploring the sacred literature on which his teachings are based and my faith has only been re-affirmed, although I have been tested many times, almost beyond bearing, the many miracles he has created in my life bear witness to a power beyond human comprehension. I am humbled and blessed. I request that whoever has posted the comment that was quoted out of context to this anti-baba web-site please remove it, as it was not posted with my consent and distorts my views completely. Sai Ram.

Susan, exbaba.com has a disclaimer they recently put on their site saying they will correct information so if that is where your quote was you can contact them and see if they live up to their written statement. My experience is that they will do nothing. We have asked them to correct much misinformation and they won't lift a finger. Not much you can do when people are so bigoted and narrow-minded that it makes them blind.

It is a three-blog rant about how I have allegedly used sources to suit my own "agenda". No comment whatsoever about the exposure of the strong culture of Shirdi worship in Puttaparthi, which proves Sai Baba as a liar when he said that nobody knew of Shirdi Sai Baba in the region. Nor about the fact that the young Raju was himself a Shirdi Sai devotee, worshipping Shirdi Sai by attending local bhajans, reading the Sri Sai Satcharita, worshipping his pictures, reciting the 'Shirdi Sai Dandakam', and on top of all that he wore a Shirdi Sai locket around his neck! Look how Moreno contradictsd his own words. In one breath he says that we have no proof, and in the next breath he makes references to "secret" proof. LOL. Yes, I repeat what I said earlier; there is plenty of proof but it is not for you. :-) Apparently, even ordinary observers (like Edward et al) who have next-to-no knowledge of the SSB controversy are not too bothered about it, which is why many - many - people now have a negative attitude towards Sathya Sai Baba. I don't know how Moreno can sit there and lie so much. He of all people know that there have been at least two court cases lodged against Sathya Sai Baba; one in India and one in America.

So don't be fooled by the repeated assertions of Sai Organisation puppets like Gerald Moreno and Lisa De Witt, who midnlessly repeat the same old rubbish again and again and again. Court cases have been lodged in India and in the USA.

It should also be noted that Gerald Moreno is a devotee/supporter of the Sathya Sai Baba Copycat: Swami Premananda. Despite the fact that this copycat "guru" has been convicted for murder and rape of 13 girls (not women), as well as the decision being upheld by the Supreme Court of India in spite of so-called "evidence" to exonerate him, he is still languishing in jail. In spite of all these documented facts, Morneo continues to display his devotion to Premananda by dedicating a photo gallery to him on one of his websites, as well as constructing his own page about how/why he thinks Premananda is innocent.

Hands up all those who think Moreno is some weirdo psycho attracted to gurus who put their hands where they don't belong? :-)

And for the record, I have plenty of witness statements and testimonials from all sorts of people who think that Gerald and Lisa are paid agents of Sathya Sai Baba and/or the Sai Organisation to defend him on the Internet. Really, when I go public with this information you will be astounded. :-)

By the way, since Gerald Moreno thinks that he is some sort of wise guy asking for "proof" of Sathya Sai Baba's molestations of little boys and young men, we may well ask what sort of proof is required to prove without doubt. (I have said this many times before but since Gerald Moreno and his cohorts insist on playing silly games, I may as well repeat myself. As far as I can see, there are only two ways to prove Sathya Sai baba as a homosexual paedophile:

1 - To catch him red-handed.
2 - Photographic/video evidence showing him molesting one of his victims.

Regarding Possibility 1, several people (including long-time devotee and close associate Dr. N. Bhatia) testify about a young boy who was sodomised by Sai Baba. Incidentally Bhatia testifies also to his long sexually active relationship with Sai Baba.

Possibility 2 - A photograph of Sathya Sal molesting a child exists. When this evidence is submitted into court, that will be the beginning of the end. I hope and pray that the photo will be splashed across the newspapers and the TV, with the offending part pixelated for public sensibilities, of course. :-)

Oh, let's not forget a third possibility: Sathya Sai Baba's DNA extracted from a semen sample that is present in either the mouth or the anus of the child in question. If Gerald Moreno wishes, he may organise a checkup for all students to undergo a spontaneous physical examination by which DNA samples are taken from the mouths/anuses of all students.

After all, they do that in the Olympics too, random drug-testing. So random semen/DNA-testing. Do it. :-)

There is a website that discusses the allegations against Premananda in which all the alleged victims recanted their confessions because they claimed they were tortured by the police into giving false statements. MADISON — Autumn leaves twist in a mild breeze and drift to the ground as Dr. Laj Utreja relaxes on the deck of his Veranda Drive home here and contemplates life.

A Hindu born in New Delhi, he speaks of turning-point travels, such as his arrival in the United States in 1968. He enrolled in engineering graduate studies at the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis-St. Paul after receiving offers from several schools.

“Minnesota offered the best assistantship,” he said. “The snow and cold? If you come as a student, you’ll like anything, snowmobiling and tobogganing.”

As overwhelming as coming to America might seem, Utreja’s most incredible journeys came during a three-year period following his brother’s death of a brain tumor in May 1999.

He says the loss started him on a path that changed his life, motivating him to travel to many places, all “in search for truth,” and to write a book, “Who Are We?” on reincarnation and the law of karma.

Utreja, 60, whose wife, Dr. Monita Soni, is a pathologist at Parkway Medical Center, attended self-realization fellowships at temples throughout the Los Angeles area. Because of his brother’s “great faith” in Sri Sathya Sai Baba, he returned to his native country, traveling to Puttaparthi, India, about 1,200 miles south of New Delhi, the birthplace of Sai Baba. It was there, Utreja said, that he encountered “a state of bliss as I have never experienced before.”

Baba, whose teachings are based on truth, righteousness, peace, universal love and non violence, is the most colorful and multifaceted prophet modern India has produced. Followers believe him to be — and Utreja concurs — the incarnation of Shiva Shatki, who proclaims life and death principles, and the potency of God.

Utreja said that as Baba, 79, walked the aisles of Prashanti Nilayam, which means “the abode of peace,” he looked at him “in total awe, mesmerized by his presence. He produces an ash called vibhuti, which means glory of God, in his bare hands.

“The first time I saw him do it was from a distance,” Utreja said. “The second time, nearer to me on another side of the aisle, a man asked for vibhuti, and I saw it clearly. He rubs his hands together, then pours out the ash from his right hand.”

Utreja said he was among about 5,000 people in the audience, composed of people of all faiths, including Christians, Hindus, Buddhists and Muslims. Over a million people gather there each year on Baba’s birthday Nov. 23.

His travels included visiting shrines in the Himalayas. He made his final trip in preparation for the book in June 2002, to the holy mountain of Mount Kailash in Tibet. He describes in the book the reincarnation he got at the end of the journey.

Utreja, who has lived in the Huntsville area 30 years, said, “There is no doubt in my mind that we reappear over and over again. When we hurt people, we momentarily forget that hurt can come back to us.”

He said that if “we see others do bad things, but yet have a good life, we are seeing them in a finite duration of time, knowing that no one can go back (in the end) and be one with God without paying the consequences of all actions. We don’t awake until something bad happens to us or unless we are in a situation of conflicts. Otherwise, life is rosy. It is only when we are deprived of health, wealth or happiness that we begin to question.”

Utreja noted that we say “God is just. Will we believe in a God who is not just? A bad guy seemingly gets away unpunished. We shortsight God. We did not see what (God) did to him. He will do justice in his own time.

“But if I do good to you, somewhere in your psyche it is deposited, and you’ll return it to me. When we have an upper hand, when we are intoxicated by power and wealth, we forget about all this.”

Utreja also pointed to another slogan, imprinted on our money, “In God We Trust.” But, he asks if we really trust him, because “if we do, we’ll be good to everyone in a system in which we will not have created classes.”

Utreja claims that “a true scientist cannot prove God doesn’t exist. If there is manifestation, there has to be a cause and that cause is beyond human capacity. And that is why we believe in an omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent God. That is only reasonable. It’s the cause and effect principal. That’s when the law of karma comes into play. You reap the consequences of your karma.”

He added, “We all are believers, philosophers and scientists because we believe, we reason and we observe.”

Utreja, who earned a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at The University of Alabama at Huntsville, taught for about 10 years as adjunct professor in the department of mechanical engineering and the department of foreign languages and literature.
