I'm worried by this report. It shows that there's a genuine breakdown in understanding on UK comms. But this is worse than it looks: what this report covers, is wireline comms.

I'd bet that when you get to wireless, you'll find it ten times worse; small businesses simply aren't aware of the issues they ought to be lobbying Ofcom about, and aren't even aware of the existence of Ofcom.
