my son Luke is 15&I am trying to get a diagnosis on AS,I have searched for answers all his life,he had a soccer scholarship& was state captin ,but his attitude towards other players is as most of you will understand ,not very nice at times, his social scills are not there& no one understands him.He plays tough rough & to win, although a great player, his attidude got him cut from the state team this year.It is so gut wrenching to watch him struggle every day with simple things.I have seeked help from every specialist, but nothing is working. He breaks my heart as he is such a bright boy& a fantastic athlete.I cry my self to sleep most nights, but will not give up on bhim,he has such tallent & i know will succeed on day.Scool is a battle & no one understands him.He doesnt have any friends.I fel his pain & sorrow& love him so much.
If any one has any advice or help i would tgruly be greatful.I say a prayer for all children like my son,who is the most loving person and yet so lonely.I will walk tall one day& frown on all who looked down at my son.
god bless all AS children x x x x
