I just finished reading your article published on the Register with regards to Yahoo! and MSN etc.

As an SPV user myself, I have a problem with using MSN messenger since I have friends on most networks (except Yahoo, which I simply refuse to use) so instead I use the WindowsCE version of Jabber. It may not be feature filled, but at least you can connect and use all the IM networks. As far as PC connectivity is concerned, Trillian is more than adequate for me, it is not bloated with useless features, and thus also not with potential security holes.

I'm not having a dig at you, just pointing out that there are other options for us frustrated IM users!
