This has worked for me. Take Magnesium (600 mg. 150%) Potassium(198 mg. 6%) per day. Never mix caffeine and alcohol, after about a week to ten days, no more afib. You still can rarely push yourself into afib by doing some things, but not very easy, and it will not last. Get exercise every day for your heart, walk an hour each day, or somethig harder. Keep your weight right. Stay on this for life.
