There's another thread where the mods are posting articles about the Weinstein's departure from Miramax and Disney's search for new heads. Carol Koster(mod) rambles on about Catholic advocacy groups lobbying Disney for a redress of what they feel is continued blasphemy of their faith (so we know that the Kosters are Catholic now). Others post articles about other moves going on at Miramax, including Michael Moore's planned sequel to Farenheit 9/11. So far, mostly just posting articles for people to read. Then Davey comes out with this CUTTING one-liner:

Could it be obvious? Being a blasted Bush whore, Davey's hinting at his "pro-life" stance. (Granted, miscarriages are nothing to tease about and are virtually uncontrollable, but I've known some people who've said that they're just as evil as abortions. I wouldn't be surprised if Davey feels the same way.)

Of course, it seems that he's been obsessed with this sort of thing for years. In SM:AK, Serena was aborted and then "miraculously" saved by a nurse who decided to have her implanted inside herself. And yes, the masses did complain.

If miscarriages are as evil as abortions, then God has a lot to answer to my sister for. She had three miscarriages before she had her son, and another one or two before her daughter was born. Each one was murder on her, more for psychological reasons than physical pain. For this reason, the way Davey's using them as casual, unimportant plot elements... ugh. Let's just say I don't approve.

Re the nurse saving Serena (who had been partial-birth-aborted because, in the womb, she had a moon on her forehead and an odango hairdo!) by carrying her herself, I don't remember that part of the story. Wish I could say that of the whole horrid mess.
