Whoo-hoo, I get to break in the new board!
Thanks for the Goon link, Bill, I'm always looking for sources to add to the collection. We have a couple of the BBC tapes and CDs, plus a friend of scott's rounded up several CDs worth of mp3s from some old radio site.

For some reason, I have Peter Allen's 'Tenterfield Saddler' stuck in my head O_o....

ooOOh! Quite an echo in here! We need to get some furniture moved over.

Steve ("Yesterday topped out at 44C, Today is supposed to be 39C"), and all those contemplating marrying us frisky Canadians: Last night's provincial low: -42C. That was about half-way down the province. Here it was only -12.

On a broader note, I'd like to apologize for the spectacle my fellow countrymen have made of Bush's visit. I mean, given a little more time, it would be bigger and more likely to cause him some inconvenience, but we're not given to emotional outbursts. We'll try harder next time.

Move over some furniture? Okay, here's Davey and Vixen's latest - and it looks like the smut MAY be a possibility here..
Marcie: Vixen let her hand touch Adam's as she stroked Todd. she look turned her head and gave him a shy smile.
Y'know... if you didn't know Todd was her pet fox, this sounds even dirtier ;)...
Davey: Adam looked at Vixen's shy smiling face and smiled warmly. His pointy ears made the brightness even more.
The brightness of what, exactly? Has Davey made it clear of his Pan-formation enough?

Boy. When things get THIS hot, it can lead to *dancing* </Tom Servo>

*shakes a box labeled 'Fistlekits's Intellectual Thoughts'* Cripes, the moving guys must've dropped this one!

Oh, well, at least this one arrived with its contents intact. *takes a box cutter to a box labeled 'Gonterman Musings and Complaints' and opens it*

Hmm, here's a piece from "Storm the Castle":

The three reached the area directly under Cinderella's Castle, and found what looks like a giant Trivia Pursuit lying on the ground, with each piece of the definitely-more-than-six-piece-pie being a portal into another world . . . "David, these portals lead to every movie Disney's ever made!! Look!! This one leads to Agrabah!!"

"And this one goes straight to King Triton's throne chamber!!"

"Here's one to Gay Paris, City of zee arteest, [Gusto's French accent proved grating to the two humans] and setting of Disney's newest movie, 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame.'"

Xanatos asked David from the portal to 1608 Virginia, "Are you pondering what I'm pondering, David?"

"Xannie," David mutters from the London portal, "This 'hub' links
every Disney flick with each other, combining them *all* into *a single universe*!! Imagine the possibilities--"

"Ariel, Jasmine, Belle, and Pocahontas--in the same room!!"

"Villains attacking heros in other films"

"Story lines crossing with each other so much, they'll look like spaghetti!"

Yeah, Davey, you did it in almost every one of your stories and comics... AND you've already had Disney characters from different series in the same three square feet in this story: Gusto Gummi and Xanatos!!

Yeesh!

(Yeah, I know I keep looking at his old stuff, but they're the classics!)
