While im here.
only playing 3 different teams , 3-4 times per 1/2 season is getting boring,any chance we can put the B & C
teams together,to increase the social circle,and change up the venues.?

Time to start boycotting the western pizza Broadway venue.That place sucks!!
It is hot as hell,stuck back in a hole by the toilets, there is no place to sit,we had to eat standing up.people walking through the game to get to the larger VLTs room.Any other venues available,I really hate going there.

I hope no one takes offence to "worst " venue idea. I was thinking of things like boards , lighting, space to play in and courteous staff.

Just a scheduling note:

Tonight's C division game between Gaebel's Steeltippers vs. The Dist-Serb-ed Sisters has been rescheduled. The Sisters only have 1 healthy player available tonight. I have tried to contact the Steeltippers to advise but without much luck.

If anyone sees/talks to anyone from that team, can they please help out by advising them? Thanks.

- I did have all the sheets from this week, plus a couple that were missing from last week, so I did up the stats to reflect week3. Enjoy.

- When doing the Player Of The Week awards, I will do my best to try and just pick 1 player from each division. Can't promise that will happen every week, but that's the plan.

3 things:

1 - I am sick with a cold and on top of that I found out that a buddy of mine committed suicide on Monday. Because of the previous sentence, I am not in the right frame of mind to do anything regarding darts, so if the site is not updated tomorrow as it usually is, I apologize in advance. I may get to it, but I may not. Just wanted to give you all the heads up.

2 - Someone was trying to fax me a score sheet and it never went through. I will at least try and see what I am missing and will go from there. If you faxed yours in, it may be yours, so stay tuned.

3 - Don't forget about the Sask Open this weekend. Hopefully many of you will enter and have a chance to not only do well at the tourney, but will have a chance at the random cash prizes being awarded just for entering!

1 - The site has been updated for week 2
2 - I was missing one sheet from A, one A game was rescheduled, and one score sheet from A had some missing info due to the fax smearing it, so the A Division stats are not accurate.
3 - The C schedule was missing the locations, I have now fixed that (thanks Pat).
4 - Added another name or two to the spare list
5 - Cleaned up the site.
6 - If anyone has any suggestions for the web poll question, please feel free to send it to me as I have problems coming up with stuff.
7 - Jamie, I fixed your out, thanks for pointing that out.
8 - Dave, yes, both of the Eagles matches will be rescheduled.

hello. sorry i dont think i explained myself right. my hope is that the game can be reschedualed for another time . i wasnt wanting a win for a team that is haveing trouble . i was told in time that the game was a no go, i myself would want to play ,its good fun and a night out . thanks for the >

Hey Dave, while there is no 'official' rule in place, the rule that we go by is that if the team that can't field a team contacts the league before hand and advises that they want to reschedule, then that's what happens. If a team doesn't know that they will not be fielding a team until gametime and everyone else shows up, it would be a default loss instead.

The Eagles Predators did call me both last week and this week to explain why they couldn't play. From what I'm told, the problems they've had over the past couple of weeks should be over with and they don't forsee any problems going on with the rest of the season. This week it was very late, (around an hour and half or so before start time) when they realized they wouldn't be able to field a team. I suggested spares (as I know Jeff is chomping at the bit), but that wasn't going to work with them as even with a spare, they'd only have 2 people. It certainly was a last minute thing, but I was able to advise Terry from your team.

Naturally this was an unfortunate incident and an increasingly concerning situation for the league. However, keep in mind that the Eagles Predators don't really have internet access, so it's a little harder for them to communicate with the rest of the league in a timely manner. Also, I know that Terry was concerned about letting you know as she didn't have your cell# and I don't have the player info with me as Pat takes care of that. I'm assuming that you never found out in time. If that's true, again, that is unfortunate, my apologies on behalf of the Eagles Predators and the league.

Again, the league will be monitoring this situation closely, but have been assured that they will not have any further problems and have always been good in the past. If anyone has any questions/concerns, please feel free to contact any member of the executive or leave a message on here. Thanks.

hi to all. i would like to know what the rule is for tue night play , and the proper course of action, when the team to be played cannot feild a team for the night. is this a loss for the team that cannot feild a team , or is the games to be played at a later date. please advise. thanks
