In this issue it is extremely important to discuss about the web publishing of networks and groups that are autonomous, NOT part of IPGRI, but only hosted here: GFU, ECP/GR (www.ecpgr,org), Euforgen (www.euforgen,org), etc. etc. etc.

About content update, I satisfied about 600 requests (emails), during last year to support web content providers and Web Focal Points.
The web activity is huge at the moment and include not only Internet but also Intranet.

Last year, two training courses have been held for 16 Web Focal Points, potential publishers and providers of content and services. The courses were targeted at those specifically involved in the preparation of web pages for the Institute, for both IPGRI Internet and Intranet websites.

In the web publishing, some Groups/Regional Offices produced relevant amount of content:
1. Europe/Euforgen
2. SSA (regional office)
3. APO (regional office)
4. DIT Training, Publications
5. GRST/SAFORGEN
6. Global Facilitation Unit (GFU)

Need more improvements in web publishing other groups and regional offices.

Web trends reports have been released during last year, but the inaccuracy of the data sources made it not quite useful for statistics (http://webusage.cgnet.com/ipgri/).
For this reason the production of stats about web usage has been stopped.
