I am mom to a 3, 4, and 5 yo. I am in AZ and would like to have open chat with any parent, any parenting topic, any state. I need adult dialogue but I always resort to a preschool frame of reference.

I am new to the site came across this site from being on clubmom. I am looking for positive mothers that I can relate to. I have 2 boys a 4yr old and a 11 mth old. I have a step son that comes to vist which is 3yrs old. Just trying to get to know mothers in the Westchester County and Orange County, NY area.

QUESTION? WHY IS IT THAT EVERYONE LOOKS AT COLOR?? IS THIS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO A PERSON. i DARE NPT GO AROUND SAYING I AM A WOMAN OF WHITE & WANT THEIR ADVICE? WE ALL LIVE & BREATHE THE SAME AIR & THOUGH WE MAY HAVE DIFFERENT SIUTATIONS; EVEN ALONG THE RACIAL LINES. WE ALL DEAL WITH PREJUDICE IN SOME WAY SHAPE OR FORM?

Cmurchi, You asked if there were any single moms in Fayetteville, NC. Well I live and work in Fayetteville and I'm trying to start a support group for single moms to meet, talk, and just support each other. Anyone else interested?

Hi all. I was googling (as usual) and found where one of my articles "The Easy Way To Teach Your Child To Read" is being featured in the April 2006 edition of Mommy Too Magazine. As a woman of color, it's great to know there's a site such as this for us. I plan to visit often.
