Sorry I won't be at the reunion. Sharon and I have been happily married for 34 years and counting. We have 2 children: Emelie (32, married with 2 children) and Adam (killed in an accident in 1998 at the age of 21). Because of my son's death, I became a disaster chaplain with Dept. of Homeland Security and was at 9/11 right after it happened. (things you wish you didn't remember). Did a PhD in 1989 (a mid-life crisis thing). Since 1997, we've lived in the Champaign-Urbana area where I've taught at U of I (go Illini!) and presently serve the 1st United Methodist Church of Urbana. Sharon works as director of Human Resources in the area. Plus, we're near the grandkids!
