Any PSE clerk conversions yet? We have at least 16 residuals that need to be posted on e-reassign for 21 days. However, new manpower study being prepared by District and then HQ in DC. Wanna bet how many jobs are given to PSE's? Anyone else?

re:3717/KC We were working those kind of hours for Christmas and half of January. There is still some ot, but, not like you are doing. PSE's can work as many hours as needed provided the ODL is maxed out. The NA is NOT complaining because all those PSE hours are going to count toward creating FT bids. Do you have a contractors NDC, also called a THS, in KC?

Anyone else getting excessive OT? Mandatory 7 days for ODL and PSE and 6 day for non-ODL M-F only. Been going on since the 2nd week in Jan. Also, any opinion on PSE limits on amount of hours appreciated. NA is silent on hours of work for PSE's ie there is no 60 hour work limit.

The bulletin board where OSHA complaints are posted at the CNDC seems to be rapidly filling up. Will it soon need to be expanded?

The Queen of the Harem is back to performing Tott-stress's bidding. Rachael sent out the following email to the entire Cin NDC Maintenance: "Corretion !!!!!" (her spelling not mine) "The Maintenance outside gate has been secured with chain and lock. Keys are located in the Plant Managers Conference Room." Everyone should feel much safer now that unwanted visitors, lazy maintenance personal, and the fire department can no longer use that gate.

m3711 Newbie: Obviously you've never been stricken by the dreaded Tott-stress. Hopefully he won't spread to your facility. But if and when he does, don't say you weren't given fair notice. Until then....

Much can be over-looked when you have a friend in a high place. Let's call the friend "Doctor." But, can the "Doctor" keep Tott-stress from spreading throughout the CNDC for a second time? Last time no cure could be found to stop the spread of Tott-stress so it had to be completely removed. Some re-emerged after the removal, but now have they, or will they, disappear once more with the return of the (dreaded) Tott-stress? Can demolition derby and hide-and-seek with the company car make a come-back for season number two? How about the Harem? For those cast overboard, life can sometimes play cruel games....just about the time the life-line has them safely and securely aboard ship, someone cuts the line and leaves them, again, drifting aimlessly out-to-sea....

At Cincinnati NDC they posted 5 MFC positions. All five were awarded and as the EAS's retire or find other jobs the Clerks take over. All five positions will be staffed by former Clerks by the dead line.

PSE cannot be offered higher level before career. Contact union or inform mgmt. yourself.

A PSE informed me they were being offered training opportunities for MFC relief positions. Can they train before regular clerks have the training opportunity? I am a regular clerk and I have requested this training since the summer of 2013.

Received an email from Local president in Atlanta. Vince Tarducci at Philly BMC wants communication from NDC/BMCs about MFC positions.
Wants everyone to be on the same page before April deadline. Respond directly to Vince at Phillybmc7048@aol.com

Top--I'll bet all/most BMC's are screwed up in the MFC situation. Mgmt thought they had until April to fully implement. Had to take them by the hand and slowly talk to them so they could understand. April deadline is to rid all current EAS filled jobs. They originally had 120 days to train clerks and then award bids by Nov. MH union even helped by going after mail handlers not in their jobs but detailed as EAS. Worked like a charm.
