on the license plate, use small white 1/2" pvc irrigation connector, two 1" washers , 4" bolt(measure your own) and locking nut.assemble in this order: bolt , license plate, washer, pvc, thru grill, washer, locking nut. washer behind plate prevents ripping thru and i used stainless for all. no holes in my wifes bumper.
