As far as environmental issues go, Sam Farr is highly favored over Tom McClintock. Farr received 95% approval ratings from "The League of Conservation Voters" versus McClintock's 0% ratings from the same group in 2002.

As noted by the percentage of each representative, Sam Farr has the highest percentage than Tom Mc Clintock in enviromental issues. Therefore, Farr having the highets percentage tells about his interest for this issue.

We've discovered that Farr(D) is more environmentally oriented compared to McClintock(R). Farr's LOWEST preferred percentage of voting was 67%, while McClintock's HIGHEST was 30%. Majority of the time McClintock was at 0%.

While Sam Farr seems to vote along the same lines as most environmental interest groups, Tom McClintok votes very rarely, if at all, along those same lines.

Comparing Sam Farr's and Tom McClintock's environmental ratings, one can see that Farr is more conserned about environmental issues. Tom McClintock's envrionmental ratings varied from 0% to 13% while Farr's envrionmental ratings varied from 65% to 100% from 1999 to 2003. Farr's environmental ratings were a reflection of numerous organizations such as Sierra Club and American Lands Alliance.

 We learned that in 2003 Anna Eshoo was rated 100% for the League of Convervation Voters, Sierra Club, and The American lands Aliance. Tom McClintock on the other hand was rated 0% for the California League of Convervation Voters,2001-2002 30% for the California Parks and Recreation and in 2001 13% for the California League of Convervation Voters.

Because Tom McClintock is a Republican, he gets lower scores by the democrats on environmental issues because he does not support their views. Sam Farr beats him by 100 percent because he spends more time working with the democrat's beliefs on environmental issues.

Sam Farr is a very environmentally conscious U.S. House Representative. He supports a lot of issues that are important to this region. Honda is a very diverse and interesting u.s house representative for the 15th district. A lot of his views and postions are extreamly different from those of Mc Culintock. McClintock supports little to no issues involving the enviorment.

We learned that Sam Farr supports environmnetal issues much more than Senator McClintock. On average, Sam Farr supports them 89 percent of the time, while McClintock only supported 8.6 percent of the time.

McClintock on the other hand recieved low ratings at 0% up to 13% on environmental issues by the California League of Conservation Voters and a 30% rating from California Park and Recreation Society.

   Sam Farr supports environmental issues while McClintock does not. We bboth support environmental issues so we would probably vote for Farr over McClintock.

McClintock is not very supportive in enviromental issues. Represenative Sam Farr is and we both wish to vote for Sam Farr because we care about the enviroment and feel the need to vote for someone that is concerned with the same issues.
