Two thoughts for you Miss.

1. I have found that the best social-group of the population to date from seems to be younger divorced people. I know it sounds a little hokey, but you have these people who married young to someone who was not good to them. They have gotten out of it and are now finding themselves on the dating scene again and they often feel as GodoHell does. There are some really great people out there who just want little more then someone who will treat them with the dignity and respect that they deserve, and of course a little spark in the love scenario and some mutual interests but really, that's not hard to find when you cover the area from Light Sabres to stuffed insects to 50's porn queens.

2. Forgot what the second thing was while I was writing the first one. How about Bush is a big dumb idiot. :)

I've got some bad news for you... it only gets worse. I'm not old, I'm only 37, but the shelves are all empty (i.e., all the good ones ARE taken). Our couple "friends" only take us out places to have us humiliated.
