I understand some PSE and HL assignments. Career employees precedence over PSE. PSE used when no career available. Situation: Our plant will be losing Supervisor this weekend and management is looking for a T-7 clerk. Initially 3 Junior clerks were asked and refused. Junior clerks were asked before seniors because of time frame needed. A PSE did volunteered. Membership called a "foul' and said "PSEs can't do it." I did get some information from our NBA. I am seeking more insight. Now, Labor has told management to exhaust career rolls then exhaust the "relative standing" roll of PSE and if still no volunteer...start forcing from juniority on up from the "relative standing" of the PSE rolls. I asked "why force PSE prior to career?"..."We're going to do what labor says to do." Bottom line is they have a PSE who wants to do it. After all that...Can they force a career employee to do T-7 job? By refusing, does that make one unavailable? Thanks in advance for any insight.

m/1000 and m1001. Michael Watkins and Make a lot with just 5. Please do us all a FAVOR, go get a REAL JOB, and sell your pyramid TRASH elsewhere. Pretty pathertc you have to get on this site. You don't realized how much Postal Supervisors MAKE, but they also have to WORK for it. Go SCAM elsewhere

If you are a NAPS member, you should contact them. If not, you probably need a lawyer.

I am a Supervisor and just received probation for third degree felony. My boat was stolen and I didn't submit the claim in time so lied on the form the date it was stolen. Stupid I know. But I was pinched for insurance fraud. The Post Office knows but I have a feeling the worst in coming. Is there anything that may protect me?
