OK...I finally made it official and mailed my check...so far just me, but that may change if Sandy can adjust her schedule. Went back to Belleville last week for the first time in almost a year and found my junior high leveled, and my high school changed into a college! Has anyone heard from Dave Dressel, or have an e-mail address?...we lost touch about 10 years out of high school. Looking forward to seeing everyone this summer. If you are in the Chicago area (or anywhere else for that matter) send me an e-mail...

Thanks for the web site. I think its great and I hope to keep receiving news of our class. I have lived in St Charles, MO for 25 years now and go back to Belleville to see my mom and dad. I won't be able to attend, but I know fun will be had be all there.

Some of these answers on the various pages are hilarious! I am falling off my chair. I admit I have to run to my senior year book to recall the faces behind some of the names. I do wonder how we all have changed!
Like Jim Gallo.....I have been there often for funerals. Loosing my Mother last spring ends my Belleville connection.
When I was home visiting her I was always looking for a familiar "face" in the crowd, but none found.
If you are a Chicago person email me! That is where I have lived and worked for the last 28 years! See you this summer!........Linda

I was pleased to get an invitation to the 40th (gulp!) reunion. Have been in Arizona nearly 20 years, but have never, ever received information previously. Don't think Donald and I will be able to make it since school starts Aug. 8 for teachers and we both are. Surely is nice to see comments. Have a great visit; maybe I'll make it another year.

Hope to see many of you for the 40th. We need to do a little rearranging of vacation plans, but should have the time to do it. Just wondered who I should thank for the picture of me sitting under the sign "..ass of '65"! (If you haven't seen it, look uder the "Adventurers" page, for the king and queen shots!)...by the way...great website...Roger

To Steve Bloomer, The drivein idea sounds like a lot of fun. Do people still get in the trunks? Maybe those that would be interested might also have an old or classic car that they would want to drive to the drivein. I'm planning on driving my Corvair to the reunion. See you all!

Just reading your names and messages has made me "homesick" for days gone by.

I enjoyed talking to Terry Schau today. It is exciting to think about a 40th year class reunion. It would be fun to have short simple contests sprinkled through out the night with questions like, who came the farthest to attend, who has the most grandchildren, who has been married the longest, who has been married the most times (just kidding, of course, unless they are willing to admit it), and on and on... I would love to get additional ideas from fellow classmates and would also be willing to organize and administer the "game". Take care everyone. See you in '05.

Thanks for your effort. Do you think any of us have changed?

Some may not know that our "township" is now a university and a beautiful new "west" now stands on S.59th (Frank Scott Parkway). Revisiting the past or seeing the future might be fun?

Hi there! My name was Judith (Judy) Peters.
I graduated from BTHS in 1965. It has been many years since I lived in Belleville. I still have family that live in the Belleville Area, though. I have lived in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 30 years. I have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. I have worked for the Federal Government for 28 years (4 years for the Navy, 21 years with Agriculture , and 3 years with CDC/ATSDR. Most of the 28 years work experience has been in the financial field (Budget Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Acquisition Specialist). I understand that a class reunion just took place. It would be appreciated if someone could tell me who to contact to be put on the mailing list for the 40th reunion (I have never received notification of any of the reunions).

I'm for making the event very casual. I don't think I could fit into anything that I wore back then!!!! I'm really looking forward to this reunion. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. I live in the Kansas City area though. Take care everyone.

PS I don't know if you update the missing list or not but if you do I'm official accounted for now.

Linda, Steve, Richard, Bill, Terry, thank you for your comments and suggestions. The committee will consider all of them. Keep visiting and if you would like an event at the Skyview Drive-in let us know. Maybe a midnight movie marathon till dawn after the Friday night GET-TOGETHER! Steve, what kind of old movies could we see?

Hi all..
I think using the prom theme from our senior year would be fun. All those crazy decorations that you just don't see anymore! Plus some nice memeories.
I live in the Chicago area now...but I will have to tell you that Bellecourt did a excellent catering job for my Mothers birthday and several other events that we have hired them for. The food was quite good and far better than most restaurants in Belleville! Good choice committee.

Hi All,

I'm sure the class of 65 committee would like us all to submit some ideas to share with them. They don't have to use them but everyone's imput could really give them something to work with to make the reunion a fun time for all.
Here's what I have:
How about everyone going retro with hairdos clothing, etc. At least peg your pants wear penny loafers rat your hair and guys, if you have hair to grow, do the hollywood cut or least maybe duck tails.
I'm just starting maybe someone else can add to this.

If you would like to add an additional activity, I could put together a deal at the Skyview Drive-in. Let me know.
