The Vine still has four non leased spaces. But won't stop additional construction and creation of more non leased spaces. Acton gets a new 11,000 plus sq. ft library built from scratch, and Castaic get's 6900 sq. ft. leased out of a location never intended for a library and hardly conveniently located. North Castaic is simply doomed, and the apathetic resdients wonder why they don't have a high school? There are so many examples of mismanagement and getting dumped on. Guess there's no way to shake the prison/truck stop image.
